Abdullahi Geidam es**rt his Special Assistant Zara Muhammad Lawan a beneficiary of Modern electric wheel chair donated by Yobe State Government through the Deputy Governor to our Patron and the Vice Chancellor YSU Prof Muhammad Bashir Tahir who also promised to buy it for her couple of weeks ago.

The president and management of the university extend their appreciation and prayers to Honourable Alhaji Idi Barde Gubana and Yobe state Government for the support.

GEISA-YSU Paid a courtesy and congratulatory visit to the Vice Chancellor of YSU on Tuesday 5th May, 2026

Geidam Student Association YSU Chapter under the leadership of Comrd. Abdullahi Geidam paid a Congratulatory visit to Professor Muhammad Bashir Tahir over his recent appointment as the Vice Chancellor of Yobe State University, Damaturu
During the visit The president presented an appointment letter as Patron of the Union and presented a proposal for Geidamwu House Infrastructural Upgrades project, The Vice President presented a congratulatory certificate and The Secretary Muhammad Ibrahim Kaku offered a prayer for successful tenure.
Thank you Prof and the management of the University for the warm reception and audience

Last Weekend, The President GEISA-YSU Abdullahi Geidam led a delegation of mainly Geidamwu House Resident for a courtesy visits to Hon. Lawan Kolo Geidam
During the visit, the president presented a proposal on Geidamwu House Infrastructural upgrade projects (including borehole, electrification, compound solar among others)
