Precious Esse Foundation (PEF) aka Earth mother Concept is a non-profit, non-governmental and non-political voluntary organisation, established in 2012 and registered with the CAC in 2021 with registration number: 165082 as a foundation whose objective is to lift women out of abject poverty and give them a voice and make them strong collaborators with their male counterparts. Through this foundation, women will have self-realisation, develop their lifeskills, stand for their rights and live above shaming, abuse and victimisation.
Through this foundation, women and the girl child will lead a meaningful and self-sustainable life in the society. PEF fosters partnership and collaboration between and amongst communities, organisations with similar focus and mainstreams gender and reproductive health for women.
The target group for PEF include rural women, the girl-child, survivors of gender-based violence and out of school young girls, orphans and the vulnerable. The Foundation will act as advocate, be a voice for the vulnerable rural women and promote gender equality as well as work towards improving the household income of women through income generating activities.
Mission Statement
Improve the living standard of women and the girl child through economic empowerment, education, and health improvement.
This is made possible through the following objectives:
• To provide alternative income generating options for rural women
• To educate women on their rights and on their role as change agents in the society
• To provide counselling to women and girls suffering from sexual exploitation
• To support out-of schoolgirls by engaging them in vocational and life skills training
• To establish revolving soft loans for vulnerable women

Precious Esse Foundation aka Earth Mother Concept just concluded youths training on tilling, wall paper and Screeding, animal feed and fertilizer production, plumbing and hair dressing.

A wise man said that it is not only the blind that cannot see, the unobservant is also blind. This is evident in our attitude towards God and the earth we live in. From the day we were born till this very day, every single thing life throws at us; both the good the bad and the ugly are meant to teach us but we sometimes choose to walk on through life in darkness filling our hearts with bitterness, anger, unforgiving, pride, disobedience and the likes of it. These send a negative signal to the earth and as a result shuts it down from yielding her increase to us.

We go through life without learning anything even when we have heard and seen people suffer the consequences of an act, we still go ahead to take the same steps then blame other people, even God for our suffering and the consequences of our actions. This is quite unfortunate. How you see life determines what you get out of it and the decisions we make will either make us or mar us.
