the Honourable Minister of the Ministry of
Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, has
addressed a pressing concern that has been on
the minds of many NPower beneficiaries – the
delay in stipend payments. Dr. Betta Edu
acknowledged the challenges associated with
these delays and offered reassurance that
concrete steps are being taken to resolve them.
A Shift in Payment Approach
One of the key highlights of Dr. Edu’s
announcement is a fundamental shift in the
approach to stipend payments. The aim is crystal
clear: ensuring that beneficiaries receive their
