1. LOG IN: Visit the official portal at https://postutme.unical.edu.ng.

2. VALIDATION: On the home page, enter your correct JAMB Registration Number in the box provided to verify your details and eligibility.

3. REGISTRATION: Upon successful verification, fill out the required registration details.

You must provide a valid email address and an active personal phone number

4. PAYMENT: Proceed to make the screening fee payment of ₦2,000.00 online using any ATM Card, Bank Transfer, or USSD via the Payment platform.

5. SUBMIT & PRINT: After successful payment, confirm your entries, click on SUBMIT, and print out the completed registration slip.

A few months ago, the University of Calabar community was thrown into a state of shock and outrage after over 300 dental students, some in their final years were abruptly withdrawn and sent home.

The reason? The University's historic failure to adhere to the MDCN's (Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria) strict admission quota of just 10 students per session.

These innocent students, who were neither at fault nor complicit in the administrative over-admission, faced years of wasted time, trauma, and the heartbreaking directive to “go and learn a trade”.

Fast forward to today, and we are thrilled to report that the long wait is finally over! After a series of intense interventions specifically by the UNICAL VC 'Prof. Offiong' a prestigious university like UNICAL has stepped up to rescue the situation.

In a major victory for justice in educational administration, a group of displaced dental students has now been successfully transferred and officially admitted to the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun

This move ensures they can continue their academic journey without losing additional years.

For the affected students and their families, this is a moment of pure relief and a burden lifted.

For UNICAL, it's a much-needed step toward healing a wound that threatened to define this institution for years to come.

The University of Cross River State (UNICROSS) has officially announced the commencement of its 2026/2027 First Choice Admission Screening Exercise.

Candidates who scored 150 and above in the 2026 UTME and selected UNICROSS as their first choice are eligible to apply. Candidates who did not initially choose UNICROSS can also apply after completing a change of institution through JAMB.

Online registration begins Thursday, 21st May, 2026.

Screening form fee: ₦2,000 only.

Applicants are advised to complete their registration carefully and await further screening instructions from the institution.

JAMB Change of Course & Institution Begins for 2026 Candidates

Candidates who wish to change their course or institution can now process it through accredited CBT centres or any JAMB office nationwide. Applicants should note that payment will be required for the process, including additional service charges by the CBT centre.

Also, printing of the 2026 UTME Original Result Slip begins on May 18th, 2026. Candidates can print their original result slips via the JAMB e-facility portal. The slip will contain the candidate’s photograph, UTME score, selected institutions/courses, and enhanced security features.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Applications are invited from qualified candidates for admission into the educational consultancy programmess as listed below. The candidates applying for admission into Degree programmes must register through JAMB before purchasing the institution E-tranzact pin. All applications are online. Candidates are advised to follow the online procedure given in this advertisement.

1.0 PROCEDURE FOR THE 2026/2027 ON-LINE APPLICATION ON JAMB PORTAL

All candidates are to visit any CBT centre to create a JAMB Profile on efacility.jamb.gov.ng
Candidates are to log in to their profiles and click the Part-Time Registration link.

Such candidates will be required to pay seven thousand, five hundred ( ₦7,500) to JAMB
When the registration process is completed, candidates will be issued JAMB Registration Numbers.

A Registration slip carrying the Registration Number would be printed by the candidates. With JAMB Registration Number, the candidates should follow the steps on 2.0 as shown below:

FIRST METHOD: ELECTRONIC PIN BUY CES FORM ONLINE

Buy C.E.S/PRE-DEGREE form with ATM card from the C.E.S link below:

Log on with the TRANSACTION ID to complete the form.

SECOND METHOD:
Walk into any commercial Bank Branch nationwide

Request to make payment for University of Calabar C.E.S application form 2026/2027 on E-Tranzact Platform

Pay the sum of ₦15,000 (Fifteen thousand naira only) and obtain payment slip containing a confirmation order number unique PIN.
Login with the generated pin for the C.E.S application.

REGISTRATION ON THE PORTAL
On obtaining the e-Pin candidates should log on to http://myunical.edu.ng and select “CES Online Application” from the C.E.S menu tab on the home page.

The next page will require the candidate to enter his/her phone number and confirmation order number or transaction ID PIN against the fields provided and click login.

Follow the on-screen instruction after gaining access to complete the form.

Print the Form after submission

NOTE: Candidates seeking direct entry admissions must submit their academic transcript to the relevant Departments.
