NOW RECRUITING FOR MULTIPLE POSITIONS
Gladden’s International Schools is expanding and seeking committed, disciplined, and passionate professionals to join our academic and administrative team. Qualified applicants are invited to apply for the following positions:
1. School Administrator (Also Functions as Class Teacher or Subject Teacher)
Responsibilities include:
– Overseeing daily school operations and ensuring smooth academic activities.
– Coordinating teachers, preparing timetables, and supervising lesson delivery.
– Teaching either a primary or secondary class as assigned.
– Ensuring discipline, punctuality, and adherence to school policies.
– Handling parent relations, academic reports, and staff coordination.
– Supporting management in planning school programs and maintaining high standards.
2. Mathematics Teacher (Upper Primary and Junior Secondary)
Responsibilities include:
– Teaching Mathematics effectively across Upper Primary and JSS classes.
– Preparing lesson notes, assignments, and continuous assessments.
– Identifying student weaknesses and providing extra support.
– Maintaining class discipline and contributing to school development.
3. Classroom Teacher (Also Teaches One or More JSS Subjects)
Responsibilities include:
– Managing a classroom and ensuring effective teaching–learning activities.
– Teaching assigned junior secondary subjects such as English, Social Studies, Basic Science, or others.
– Preparing lesson notes, maintaining students’ learning records, and engaging learners actively.
– Supporting school activities and maintaining discipline.
4. Personal Assistant to Head of School
Responsibilities include:
– Managing the Head of School’s schedule, meetings, and correspondence.
– Keeping records, files, and confidential documents.
– Preparing reports, minutes, and official communications.
– Assisting with planning, follow-up of daily tasks, and liaising with staff and parents.
– Performing general administrative duties as required.
5. Computer Teacher (Also Handles All School Typing Work)
Responsibilities include:
– Teaching ICT across primary and secondary levels.
– Handling typing of test questions, exams, letters, results, and official documents.
– Maintaining school systems, printers, and software.
– Supporting digital literacy programs and school ICT development.
6. Music Teacher
Responsibilities include:
– Teaching music theory and practicals to pupils and students.
– Training the school choir and preparing for events.
– Introducing musical instruments and developing student talent.
– Assisting during special programs, assemblies, and competitions.
7. Personal Secretary (Director’s Office)
Responsibilities include:
– Managing office documents, typing all official work, and maintaining filing systems.
– Handling visitors, correspondence, and appointments professionally.
– Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring smooth communication flow.
– Preparing reports, minutes, and handling office administration.
8. Janitors / Custodians
Responsibilities include:
– Ensuring the entire school environment is clean, healthy, and well maintained.
– Cleaning classrooms, offices, toilets, windows, and surroundings daily.
– Assisting during school programs and maintaining sanitation materials.
– Reporting repairs and monitoring hygienic conditions.
Qualifications and Salary Structure
Master’s Degree Holders:
• Full Time – ₦60,000
• Part Time – ₦30,000
• Awaiting Certificate – ₦40,000
Bachelor’s Degree (B.Ed / B.Sc / B.A):
• Full Time – ₦50,000
• Part Time – ₦25,000
• Awaiting Certificate – ₦30,000
NCE or Diploma Holders:
• Full Time – ₦40,000
• Part Time – ₦20,000
• Awaiting Certificate – ₦25,000
SSCE Holders (Custodians / Security):
• Full Time – ₦20,000
FSLC Holders (Janitors / Security):
• Full Time – ₦15,000
