VISITATION FROM KAMUKU* *NATIONAL PARK BIRNIN GWARI.

On Tuesday, 12th May, 2026, MSS Academy had the privilege of hosting representatives from Kamuku National Park, Birnin Gwari.

The aim of the visitation was to create conservation club for the students. Sensitization on the purpose of the park, its role in conservation of natural resources and more insight into the park activities and operations were discussed.

We appreciate the Kamuku National Park team for taking the time to educate our students and broaden their understanding of environmental conservation.

The aim of the competition was to strengthen mutual relationships and promote academic excellence among schools in the Birnin Gwari community.

Our pupils represented the school with dedication and good conduct. We appreciate the warm reception and hospitality extended to our staff and students.

We thank Community Foundation Secondary School for the opportunity to collaborate and engage in this meaningful academic event.

Today, Monday, 4th May, 2026, MSS Academy had the privilege of attending an Inter-School Spelling Bee and Impromptu Speech Competition organized by Al’Umma Academy.

The aim of the event was to foster mutual relationships and interaction among schools within the Birnin Gwari community.

Our pupils participated actively and represented the school well. At the end of the program, our participants were presented with gifts. In addition, staff and pupils of MSS Academy were given refreshments.

We sincerely acknowledge and appreciate the hospitality, warm reception, and excellent organization by Al’Umma Academy.

MSS ACADEMY NOTICE OF CHANGE IN CLOSING TIME - THURSDAYS ONLY

Assalamu Alaikum Warahmatullah

Dear Esteemed Parents/Guardians,

This is to inform you of a slight adjustment to our schedule on Thursdays only , effective immediately.

1. Regular classes will now close at 2:00pm instead of 2:30pm.

2. 2:00pm - 2:30pm will be a short break for students.

3. Lesson/Extra-mural classes will continue from 2:30pm and close by 5:00pm as usual.

Kindly take note of this change for Thursday only. All other days remain unchanged.

CONDOLENCE MESSAGE

Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un "Indeed, to Allah we belong and to Him we shall return."

With total submission to the will of Allah (SWT), on behalf of the school management, we extend our heartfelt condolences to the School Principal, Idris Nuhu, and the family of Nuhu Abubakar (Malamin Daji), on the passing of our brother, Umar Nuhu.

We pray that Allah (SWT) makes his illness a means of expiation for his shortcomings, forgives his sins, has mercy on him, and grants him Al-Jannatul Firdaus. Ameen.

Yesterday, 14th April, 2026, the school management paid a condolence visit to the family of late Malam Musa Muhammad Galadima, who passed away on Monday 13th April, 2026.

Mal. Musa Muhammad Galadima who was a one time Ameer of MSSN Birnin Gwari area council, He also taught English language at MSS ACADEMY and he was also a volunteer Qur'anic class tutor at the school.

We pray may Allah accept his good deeds and forgive his shortcomings.

CONDOLENCE MESSAGE

On behalf of MSS Academy, Birnin-Gwari, we extend our deepest condolences over the passing of Mal. Muhammad Musa Galadima, the 4th Ameer of MSSN Birnin-Gwari Area Council.

The news of his death came as a great shock and a painful loss, not only to MSSN but to the entire Birnin-Gwari community and beyond. Indeed, we have lost a pillar, a mentor, and a guiding light whose legacy will remain evergreen in our hearts.

The Late Galadima was a man of exceptional character—humble, gentle, and deeply devoted to Islam. His love for knowledge was evident, as he continuously sought learning despite the weight of responsibilities attached to his position. His life was a clear reflection of dedication to faith, service, and humanity.

At MSS Academy, his impact is indelible. The Blue House of our school proudly bears his name, a symbol of honor and recognition of his immense contributions. He consistently honored our invitations, attending programs organized by the house with kindness and encouragement. His presence alone inspired students and strengthened our commitment to excellence and discipline.

In every MSSN activity, the Late Galadima gave himself selflessly. His sacrifices, efforts, and unwavering support have greatly contributed to the growth and strength of MSSN in Birnin-Gwari to what it is today. He was truly a man who lived for the service of others and the upliftment of the Ummah.

As we mourn this great loss, we take solace in the impactful life he lived. He was indeed a good man worthy of remembrance and emulation.

We pray that Almighty Allah forgives his shortcomings, accepts his good deeds, expands his grave, and grants him the highest rank in Jannatul Firdaus. May Allah also grant his family, friends, and the entire MSSN community the strength and patience to bear this irreparable loss.
