Gov M.A Abubakar's Undisputed Achievements In The Educational Sector And The Path Of Students Remains Steadfast. Since Inception Of This Administration, It Has Shown Massive Priority In Educational And Students Welfare. H.E Governor M.A Abubakar Has On Quoted This 'Education And Students Welfare Remain The Major Weapon In Changing Our Society For The Better. Hence, We Have Invested Heavily In This Sector'. The Major Ingredient To The Success Of This Administration In Students Welfare Will Not Be Unconnected To The Unwavering Support The Students Leaders Are Demonstrating Led By The Selfless Farouk Saleh Toro. For The Record, Find Below Some Of The Gigantic Achievements Of Gov. M.A Abubakar In The Educational Sector And Students Welfare For General Consumption:

1. Yearly, The State Government Has Been Injecting The Sum Of N425,336,480 For The Settlement Of Registration Fees For The Conduct Of WAEC & NECO Exams.
2. Construction Of 250 Capacity Modern ICT Centres In 4 Tertiary Institutions Which Are Equipped With 1000 Unit Of Desktop Computers.
3. The State Government Sponsored 15 Indigenous Post-Graduate Students To Czech Republic To Study Agriculture For Them Upon Graduating, To Come And Manage The New Faculty Of Agriculture Of The Bauchi State University.
4. For The First Time In As Many Years As Possible, Gov M.A Abubakar Appointed A Representative From NUBASS To Serve In APC Transition Committee.
5. In His Effort To Ensure Sustainability And Functional Education, Over 891 School Based Management Committee (SBMC) Members Were Trained.
6. At ASCOE Azare, 4 Additional Under Graduate Courses Have Been Approved By Senate Of University Of Maiduguri, Makin It 13 Undergraduate Courses.
7. Renovation Of Male & Female Hostels, Ventilated And Water Latrines, Provision Of Furnitures And Equipment At The State College Of AGRICULTURE.
8. Securing The Approval Of Commencement Of Eight Degree Programs In Technical And Vocational Courses In ATAP With Affiliation To ATBU Bauchi.
9. Since The Inception Of Gov M.A's Administration, He Has Been Paying Outstanding 'Inherited' Scholarships To Bauchi State Students.
10. The Governor Donated A Brand-new Hiace BUS Worth Millions Of Naira To The National Leadership Of NUBASS In Early 2016.
11. Donation Of Brand-new Sienna Bus To The ABU Chapter Of NUBASS To Ease Their Activities.
12. Gov Abubakar Also Donated 2 Buses To The Bauchi State University Campus In Yuli Which Is Been Used In Transporting Students From Bauchi To The University.
13. As Part Of His Concerns For Students Welfare, Gov M.A Abubakar Donated 4 Brand New Sharon Vehicles To Four Local Chapters Of NUBASS Namely: ATBU, ATAP, BASUG & ASCOE Azare.
14. The Governor Recently Approved The Payment Of JAMB To Over 1000 Secondary School Students Incapable Of Paying The Registration As He Prioritize Education Over Everything.
The Above Giant Strides Of Gov M.A Abubakar In The Educational Sector Has Been Of Immense Benefit To All And Sundry, Hence Making It Must For Any Student Of The State To Appreciate And Reciprocate The Good Gestures Of H.E On The Field Of Students. We As Students, Are Committed To Promoting Gov M.A Abubakar's Determination Of Revamping The States Educational Sector To A Higher Level. Lastly, We Are Calling On The Students To Remain Calm As Scholarship Issues In On The Table, Sooner Or Later The Allowances Will Be Paid.
