Committee Recommendations
After extensive deliberations, wide consultations, and public engagement, the committee submits the following administrative refinements for inclusion in the bill:

Bauchi Emirate
The committee recommends the following adjustments:

1. Shafa District replaced Wambai District, with its headquarters at Tudun Gambo.
2. Creation of Jahun District under Bauchi Town (Chiroma District).
3. Duguri Emirate, headquarters at Yuli.
4. Bununu Emirate, headquarters at Bununu.
5. Lere Emirate, headquarters at Lere.
6. Jama’a Emirate, headquarters at Nabordo.
7. Lame Emirate, headquarters at Gumau.
8. Toro Emirate, headquarters at Toro.
9. Burra Emirate, headquarters at Burra.
10. Ari Emirate, headquarters at Gadar Maiwa.
11. Warji Emirate, headquarters at Katanga.
12. Darazo Emirate, headquarters at Darazo.
13. Dambam Emirate, headquarters at Dambam.
14. Giade Emirate, headquarters at Giade.
15. Gamawa Emirate, headquarters at Gamawa.

Additionally, the committee recommends renaming the Sayawa Chiefdom to Zaar and relocating its headquarters from Mhrim Namchi to Mhrim.
