This is to inform all class reps for Agriculture (all departments) Botany, Biochemistry, Computer Science, Library and Info Science, Statistics, Microbiology, and Zoology: please collate your department's logbooks. Inform students who went on SIWES (Second Semester 2025) to get their Form 8 filled by industry and university supervisors, then submit logbooks with Form 8 to you by Feb 1st, 2026. No Form 8 means no SIWES payment. Write student serial numbers on logbooks with a marker and arrange them serially. I'll share the approved placement list for serial numbers.

Important Update: Senate Decision on SIWES Participation
The 56th Senate has made a significant decision regarding students with carryovers:
Students with 12 units or more of carryover courses are now permitted to proceed with their Industrial Attachment (SIWES). This accommodation aims to ensure a smooth transition to the CCMAS curriculum.
This decision will enable affected students to continue with their practical training without interruption.
