My Landlord sent me letter of R£nt Reduction yesterday.
Atanda, am still in sh0ck
E dey do me like say i dey dream, cos i have never heard about R£nt Reduction in my Entire life apart from the last time you p0sted about it here and i even doubted it, make i no lie.

Atanda, my Landlord stated in the letter that my R£nt from January henceforth R£duces from 450k to 300k
He stated that this is necessary to help his T£nants reduce the pressure the ec0nomy has placed on his T£nants already.

I have stayed in this apartment for 4 yrs and he has never for once increase the R£nt.
Instead i got R£nt Reduction
