Do you know that returning of goods and services by a customer or buyers due to manufacturer fault is somehow frustrating and may lead to lack of trust from the customers or buyers that seems not to understand.
Just like what occur the other day, a buyer requested for a carton of biscuit,a crate of small hollandia milk and some soaps and detergent which includes a roll of medium Viva detergent and a bar soap.
After purchasing these items, he paid and left.
The next morning, the buyer return eight sachet of that biscuit he bought from me as a carton saying that breézé has entered into it.
Before receiving it, I said this is a new carton, how come? I told him if it was from the main market you bought it or far away, would you have returned it?
Being that he is a buyer, I managed to collect it from him and change it so that I the seller with you the buyer will be in good terms after of, you bought it here.

Encouraging customers to pay in full can sometimes saves you the stress of keeping records of unpaid balances.
A few days ago, a customer bought goods worth ₦5,500 but paid ₦5,000, promising to bring the remaining ₦500 later. Because of trust, I agreed.
Days passed and I didn't see her. Then one evening, her husband came to buy something from my shop. After calculating his items, I jokingly added his wife's outstanding ₦500. He quickly replied, "That one no concern me o!"
We all laughed, but it reminded me of an important lesson: small balances can easily be forgotten, and recovering them may not be as easy as we think.
Whether your business is new or already established, try to reduce unnecessary credit and encourage complete payment whenever possible. It helps you keep proper records, protect your profit, and run your business smoothly.
