Eight-year-old Tobi sat quietly at the back of the class, his head often resting on his desk as if the weight of the world had found its way onto his small shoulders. His books were untidy, his assignments incomplete, and his test scores told the same story again and again—failure. At home, things weren’t any better. His parents, overwhelmed and disappointed, had come to a painful conclusion: “Maybe school just isn’t for him.”
But his teacher, Mrs. Daniels, saw something different.
One afternoon, while others rushed out to play, she gently called Tobi back. Not with anger, not with disappointment—but with a smile. “Let’s try again,” she said softly. She sat beside him, not across from him, and for the first time, someone slowed down enough to meet him where he was. Day after day, she gave him extra time, broke lessons into smaller steps, and celebrated even the tiniest progress. When he got one answer right, she clapped like he had won a prize.
Weeks turned into months. Tobi began to change.
He started raising his hand—hesitantly at first, then with growing confidence. His handwriting improved. His once-blank pages began to fill with effort. It wasn’t magic, and it wasn’t overnight—but it was real. More importantly, Tobi began to believe something he had never felt before: “I can learn.”
One day, during a school open house, his parents reluctantly showed up, expecting the usual complaints. Instead, Mrs. Daniels placed Tobi’s recent test in their hands—a solid improvement. “Your son is trying,” she said warmly. “He just needed someone to believe in him… and now, he’s beginning to believe in himself too.”
Tears filled his mother’s eyes. His father looked at Tobi differently that day—not as a lost cause, but as a child who had been waiting to be seen.
Sometimes, all it takes is one person who refuses to give up. One patient heart. One act of deep compassion. Because behind every struggling child is not a failure—but a story still waiting for someone to care enough to rewrite it.
Exams Are Stepping Stones, Not Stumbling Blocks
Examinations are not meant to scare you—they're designed to help you grow. Each test is a chance to show how much you've learned, how far you've come, and how ready you are to take the next step. Think of exams as bridges to your dreams. With every question you answer, you're building confidence, sharpening your mind, and proving to yourself that you can rise to any challenge.
💪 Your Effort Is Your Superpower
Success in exams doesn’t come from magic—it comes from preparation, persistence, and belief in yourself. Every time you revise, practice, or ask questions, you're investing in your future. Mistakes are part of learning, so don’t be afraid to stumble. What matters most is that you keep going. Your hard work today will become your victory tomorrow.
🎯 Believe, Prepare, Achieve
You are capable of amazing things. Stay focused, stay positive, and trust the process. Surround yourself with encouragement, take breaks when needed, and always remember: your best is enough. Exams are just one chapter in your story, and you’re writing it with courage and determination. So go ahead—face them with pride and give it your all!
We wish all our learners success in their exams 📚📚📚

Dear parents!
School has resumed, but learning does not happen in school alone.
What you do at home each day can either help your child improve or make school more difficult for them.
Here are clear, practical steps every parent can start from today:
*1. Set a fixed reading time daily*
Even 15–20 minutes is enough.
Let your child read aloud while you listen.
Correct them gently and praise their effort.
*2. Check the school bag every evening*
Do not wait until the morning rush.
Look out for homework, notes, and messages from school.
This single habit prevents many problems.
*3. Create a small learning corner*
It does not need to be fine or expensive.
A table, chair, pencils, and books are enough.
When children have a learning space, they take learning more seriously.
*4. Ask specific questions, not just “How was school?”*
Instead of “How was school?”, ask:
• What did you learn today?
• Who taught you?
• What was difficult?
You will get better answers and understand your child more.
*5. Reduce phone and TV use on weekdays*
Too much screen time weakens attention and memory.
Set clear rules: learning first, play later.
*6. Work with teachers, not against them*
If you notice any struggle in reading, writing, or behaviour, talk early.
Teachers are partners, not enemies.
*7. Encourage effort, not only results*
Say, “I like how you tried,” more than, “Why did you fail?”
Confidence helps children learn faster.
Additional helpful steps parents can also practice:
*8. Ensure enough sleep*
A tired child cannot learn well.
Set a fixed bedtime, especially on school nights.
*9. Provide basic learning materials*
Simple things like pen, pencil, books, and a school timetable help children stay organized.
*10. Supervise homework, don’t do it for them*
Guide your child, explain, and allow them to try.
This builds thinking skills and responsibility.
*11. Teach good manners and discipline at home*
Respect, honesty, and self-control make learning easier at school.
*12. Pray for and motivate your child*
Encouraging words and prayers give children emotional strength and focus.
*In conclusion*
Children are gifts from God. When we nurture them with care, discipline, and encouragement, God places blessings in our efforts and opens the doors of success for them.
Have a great week...
