Golden penny 1kg flour challenge. Super moist blue and vanilla velvet cake with golden penny flour.

Blue velvet cake recipe:

Flour 2 1/2 cup
Vegetable oil 1 1/2 cup
Sugar 1 1/2 cup
Eggs 2
Coco powder 1 tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1 tsp
Butter milk 1 1/2 cup
Vanilla flavour 2tsp
Blue food powder or gel colour 1 tsp
