🌸Prophet Muhammad: The World’s Best Teacher

{And (it is) a Quran which We have divided (into parts), in order that you might recite it to men at intervals. And We have revealed it by stages.} (Quran 17:106)

Some of the most influential people in our lives are teachers.

And most of us can remember our very first teacher in school, the one who taught us our ABC’s and the proper rules of the playground.

As we have progressed from toddler to adult, there have been countless teachers along the way who helped us on our journey to adulthood and even beyond.

The high school math teacher who helped you to perfect your Algebra or the college professor that taught you the spirit of debate, the very fabric of our being is heavily influenced by teachers who guided us in our educational journeys.

In Islam, there is only one teacher who has laid out the groundwork for the spiritual education of mankind, by the Grace of God Almighty.

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), an illiterate man, was chosen by God Almighty to be the Final Messenger and perfect teacher to Muslims.

Known as the “Living Quran”, Prophet Muhammad was charged with reciting and conveying the message of the Quran to all of mankind. However, he was no ordinary teacher. In fact, he set the ideal standard of education over a thousand years ago and the effects are still being felt today.

There are innumerable ways in which Prophet Muhammad was, and still is, the greatest teacher to have ever lived. Here are just a few!

No Student Left Behind

In classrooms all over the world, it is a common practice for teachers to separate the strong students from the weak. The latter of which are delegated to less challenging classes that do nothing to nurture the mind while the “smarter” students are given every opportunity to excel.

Prophet Muhammad made no distinction between students based on intelligence level, social standing or any other classification that separates us in society. He also never sought to exclude or expel anyone from the religion of Islam, but rather delivered a message that was all-inclusive to the whole of mankind. The Prophet Muhammad said:

“By Allah! If He may guide through you a single man to Islam, it would be better for you than red camels.” (Al-Bukhari)

By setting this example of inclusion, Muslims have a tangible example of how to attract others to the Islamic faith.

The Perfect Speaker

HIGHLIGHTS

Perhaps one of the greatest qualities that made Prophet Muhammad such a phenomenal teacher is that he led by example.

Most of us, at some point or another, have come across at least one teacher that was inaudible or spoke so fast that it was next to impossible to understand what was being said let alone taught. Even today, the rapid pace in which most educators speak is overlooked so as to cram as much information into each lesson as possible.

Prophet Muhammad was methodical in his teaching methods and never rushed his lessons. According to his beloved wife Aisha, he:

“…spoke in such a way that if one were to count his words, they could be counted.” (Al-Bukhari)

The Prophet also, according to his companions, would repeat his words thrice. The words that he spoke and the lessons he delivered were unambiguous, which helped students of Islam excel at perfecting their faith and committing the Quran to their hearts. The perfection of Prophet Muhammad’s speech was intentional as a means to really drive the message home to each one of his students through repetition, which is an excellent learning tool.

Living by Example

Perhaps one of the greatest qualities that made Prophet Muhammad such a phenomenal teacher is that he led by example. He often lectured to his companions about the Oneness of God Almighty, living a life in accordance with Islam and being mindful of the Hereafter.

In every aspect of his life, Prophet Muhammad was an exemplar and practiced what he preached. This made it easy for his companions to see, up close and personal, how to live their lives in accordance with the Quran and Sunnah. As God Almighty says in the Quran:

{There has certainly been for you in the Messenger of Allah an excellent pattern for anyone whose hope is in Allah and the Last Day and [who] remembers Allah often.} (33:21)

If Prophet Muhammad had not lived every aspect of the Quran in minute detail, it would have had a derogatory effect on the level of trust that he had developed with his companions.

Patience Through Adversity

How many times, especially in the inner city schools of America, have you heard of teachers lamenting “tough” students and throwing in the towel?

For many teachers, there is a very fine line between reaching out to students in the spirit of understanding and not being able to get through to the students who fight every step of the way.

The Prophet Muhammad was met with an enormous amount of disdain and outright hatred as he began teaching the message of Islam at the onset of his Prophethood. In Makkah, he spent thirteen years in an attempt to teach his misguided people about the message of the Quran and was met with violent resistance every step of the way with only a minority of his people embracing Islam.

Prophet Muhammad met similar, albeit less, conflict after settling in Madinah and not once did he even consider quitting. Some of the finest personal attributes that helped to strengthen his resolve and reinforce his dedication to his mission included wisdom, patience and a willingness to make sacrifices for the sake of Allah Almighty.

The method in which Prophet Muhammad taught the message of Islam to his companions had a ripple effect that has transcended centuries to make Islam the world’s fastest growing religion today.

Whether you are a new Muslim or a born-Muslim, the example of Prophet Muhammad as a gifted teacher is a unifying force in the Islamic world and continues to be a catalyst for greater understanding through education.

1 - Ki zama kamar baiwa ga mijinki, sai shima ya zama kamar bawa a gare ki.

2 - Kada ki nisance shi, sai ya manta dake.

3 - Ki kiyaye masa hancin sa,jinsa, da ganinsa; kada ya shaki wani abu daga gareki sai
mai qamshi kada yaji wani abu daga bakinki sai mai dadi kada yaga wani abu daga gareki sai mai kyau.

4 - Ki kiyaye masa lokacin Abincin sa da lokacin Baccin sa, domin yunwa tana hassala mutum, kuma gurbata masa bacci na fusata shi.

5 - Ki kiyaye masa Dukiyar sa,dangin sa da gidan sa, domin suna da matukar muhimmanci a gareshi.

6 - Ki guji yin farin ciki yayin da yake cikin bacin rai, kuma ki kiyayi yin bakin ciki, yayin da yake farin ciki.

7 - Ki girmama shi matuqa shima zai girmamaki matuqa, fiye da yadda kowa zai girmamaki.

8 - Ki sani cewa gwargwadon yadda k**e amincewa da ra'ayin sa gwargwadon tausayawar da zai miki.

9 - Kada ki juya masa baya yayin da ya kusanto gareki.

10 - Ki sani yake 'yata baza ki sami yadda k**e soba har sai kin zabi yardar sa akan yardar ki, kin fifita son ransa akan son ranki.

11 - Kada ki fiya naci ko fushi a lokacin da k**e neman wani abu agareshi, sai ya kosa dake.

12 - Daga karshe don girman Allah ki yi hakuri ki zamo shimfida ga mijinki zai zamo rumfa a gareki.

ALLAH YASA SAURAN YAN UWA MATA SUMA SUYI AMFANI DAWAN NAN NASIHA.

Ya ALLAH(swt)

you are As-Salam, the source of peace. From you is all peace and tranquility. Ya Salam, there are those across this Ummah that are living in broken homes, that are in broken relationships- mothers that are broken with their children, spouses whose relationships is broken, friends whose relationships are broken, and slaves of yours whose relationships with You are broken.

Ya Allah, you are the healer of wounds, you are the remover of pain, you are the Giver of peace. Heal the hearts of those whose homes & hearts are broken. Soften the hearts that have become hard with sin. Give patience and courage to those that are mocked and suffer as they struggle to remain on your path.

Guide the families that are far away from guidance, heal the hearts that are hurting, and take away the pain O lord of Mankind, and make every hardship a means of returning back to you. Give us peace in our hearts so that we can face every storm with an Alhamdulillah.

_Subhanallaahi wabihamdihi, adada khalQihi, waridā nafsihi, wazinata arshihi, wa midāda kalimatihi_

3- Mafificyar Addu'a

Rabbana ātina fiy-dduniyā hasanatan -wafil akhirati Hasanah, waQinā azabanNār_

4- Mafificin Istigfari

Allaahumma anta rabbiy lā ilaha illā anta khalaQ-taniy, wa'ana abduka, wa ana alā aHdika, wa-wa' dika masta-'da at, a-uzubika min sharri ma sana'atu, abū Ulaka bini'-matika ãlayya, wa-abu'u bizambiy, Fagfirliy fa-innahu Lā yagfiruz-Zunuba illa ant_

5- Mafificin neman kariya da tsari

Bismillaahilladziy Lā yadurru ma-asmihi shay'un fiyl-ardhi walā fiys-Samā' , wa huwas samiy'un alaiym_

6- Mafificin zikirin neman yaye damuwa da bakin ciki

Lā ilaHa illa anta subhānaka inniy kuntu minaz-Zālimiyn_

7- Mafi zikirin dogaro ga Allah da sallamawa a gareshi

Lā haula wala Quwwata Illa billaahil aliyyil aziym_

(( ﻋﻦ ﺣﻜﻴﻢ ﺑﻦ ﻣﻌﺎﻭﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻘﺸﻴﺮﻱ ﻋﻦ ﺃﺑﻴﻪ ﻓﺎﻝ ﻗﻠﺖ ﻳﺎ ﺭﺳﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻣﺎ ﺣﻖ ﺯﻭﺟﺘﺔ ﺃﺣﺪﻧﺎ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻗﺎﻝ ﺇﻥ ﺗﻄﻌﻤﻬﺎ ﺍﺫﺍ ﻃﻌﻤﺖ ﻭ ﺗﻜﺴﻮﻫﺎ ﺍﺫﺍ ﺍﻛﺘﺴﻴﺖ ﻭﻻ ﺗﻀﺮﺏ ﺍﻟﻮﺟﻪ ﻭﻻ ﺗﻘﺒﺢ ﻭﻻ ﺗﻬﺠﺮ ﺇﻻ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺒﻴﺖ .(( ‏[ ﺭﻭﺍﻩ ﺃﺑﻮ ﺩﺍﻭﺩ ].
"Menene hakkin mace akan dayan mu? Sai yace shine: "Ka ciyar da ita a lokacin da ka ci, kuma ka tufatar da ita a lokacin da ta tufata, kada ka duke ta a fuska, kada ka tsine mata kuma kada ka fita a gida. [Abu Dawud].

(( ﺣَﺪَّﺛَﻨَﺎ ﺣَﺠَّﺎﺝٌ، ﻗَﺎﻝَ : ﺣَﺪَّﺛَﻨَﺎ ﺷُﻌْﺒَﺔُ ﻗَﺎﻝَ : ﺃَﺧْﺒَﺮَﻧِﻲ ﻋَﺪِﻱُّ ﺑْﻦُ ﺛَﺎﺑِﺖٍ ﻗَﺎﻝَ : ﺳَﻤِﻌْﺖُ ﻋَﺒْﺪَ ﺍﻟﻠﻪِ ﺑْﻦَ ﻳَﺰِﻳﺪَ ﻳُﺤَﺪِّﺙُ، ﻋَﻦْ ﺃَﺑِﻲ ﻣَﺴْﻌُﻮﺩٍ ﺍﻟْﺒَﺪْﺭِﻱِّ، ﻋَﻦِ ﺍﻟﻨَّﺒِﻲِّ ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﻗَﺎﻝَ : ﻣَﻦْ ﺃَﻧْﻔَﻖَ ﻧَﻔَﻘَﺔً ﻋَﻠَﻰ ﺃَﻫْﻠِﻪِ، ﻭَﻫُﻮَ ﻳَﺤْﺘَﺴِﺒُﻬَﺎ، ﻛَﺎﻧَﺖْ ﻟَﻪُ ﺻَﺪَﻗَﺔً(( .
Daga Manzon Allah (SAW) yace: "Duk wanda ya ciyar da wata ciyarwa ga iyalinsa; alhalin yana mai neman lãda a gurin Allah; hakan sai ya zamto sadaka a gare shi".
An karbo daga Abi Huraira (RA) daga Manzon Allah (SAW) yace:
(( ﺣَﺪَّﺛَﻨَﺎ ﻣُﺤَﻤَّﺪُ ﺑْﻦُ ﻳُﻮﺳُﻒَ، ﻗَﺎﻝَ : ﺣَﺪَّﺛَﻨَﺎ ﺳُﻔْﻴَﺎﻥُ، ﻋَﻦْ ﻣُﺰَﺍﺣِﻢِ ﺑْﻦِ ﺯُﻓَﺮَ، ﻋَﻦْ ﻣُﺠَﺎﻫِﺪٍ، ﻋَﻦْ ﺃَﺑِﻲ ﻫُﺮَﻳْﺮَﺓَ، ﻋَﻦِ ﺍﻟﻨَّﺒِﻲِّ ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﻗَﺎﻝَ : ﺃَﺭْﺑَﻌَﺔُ ﺩَﻧَﺎﻧِﻴﺮَ : ﺩِﻳﻨَﺎﺭًﺍ ﺃَﻋْﻄَﻴْﺘَﻪُ ﻣِﺴْﻜِﻴﻨًﺎ، ﻭَﺩِﻳﻨَﺎﺭًﺍ ﺃَﻋْﻄَﻴْﺘَﻪُ ﻓِﻲ ﺭَﻗَﺒَﺔٍ، ﻭَﺩِﻳﻨَﺎﺭًﺍ ﺃَﻧْﻔَﻘْﺘَﻪُ ﻓِﻲ ﺳَﺒِﻴﻞِ ﺍﻟﻠﻪِ، ﻭَﺩِﻳﻨَﺎﺭًﺍ ﺃَﻧْﻔَﻘْﺘَﻪُ ﻋَﻠَﻰ ﺃَﻫْﻠِﻚَ، ﺃَﻓْﻀَﻠُﻬَﺎ ﺍﻟَّﺬِﻱ ﺃَﻧْﻔَﻘْﺘَﻪُ ﻋَﻠَﻰ ﺃَﻫْﻠِﻚَ(( .
"Dinare guda hudu: Dinaren da ka ciyar da miskini, da dinaren da ka bayar don wuyaye, da dinaren da ka ciyar don daukaka kalmar Allah, da dinaren da ka ciyar da iyalinka; mafificinsu shi ne wanda ka ciyar da iyalinka". [Adabul Mufrad 749-750].
Duk namijin da ya ajiye mace to dole ne yasan nauyin ta gaba daya ya dawo kansa kuma bai zama miji na gari har sai ya bata dukkanin haqqin ta kuma ya kiyaye mugun ta mata. Wajibi ya ciyar da ita, ya tufatar da ita kuma ya kula da lafiyan ta.
Sa'ad bn Abi Waqqas (RA) yace Manzon Allah (SAW) yace da Sa'ad: "Tabbas kai ba zaka taba yin wata ciyarwa ba wacce zaka yi don neman yardar Allah face sai an baka lãda akan hakan, har ma lomar da zaka sanya a cikin bakin matarka".

munanan
ayyukanmu, wanda Allah
maɗaukakin sarki ya
shiryar da shi babu wanda
zai ɓatar da shi, wanda
kuma ya ɓace babu mai
iya dawo da shi sai Allah
(SWT).
Muna masu tabbatarwa babu
abin bautawa da gaskiya
sai Allah Shi kadai bashi da
abokin tarayya, muna kara
tabbatawa haqiqa
Muhammad( ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ
ﻭﺳﻠﻢ) bawansane kuma
ManzonSane tsira da
aminci su kara tabbata
agare shi da alayensa da
sahabbansa da wanda
s**a biyo bayansu da
kyautatawa har izuwa
ranar sakamako.

Bayan haka! Ya ku bayin
Allah haqiqa Allah
Madaukakin Sarki Yana faɗa a cikin Al-
qur'ani maigirma agurare da
dama Yana umarni ga
Manzon Allah sallallahu
alaihi wa salam, wannan
umarnin kuma ya game
kowa, cewa:
"Ka nemi
gafarar Allah domin ya
kasance mai yawan kafara
mai yawan jinkaine".
A wani gurin yace:
"Kayi tasbihi ka godewa
Allah kayi sallah kayi
istigifari ga Allah domin ya
kasance mai yawan karɓar
tuba".
Waɗannan duka suna
magana ne akan dawowa
zuwa ga Allah da tuba
gare Shi.

Allah maɗaukaki Yana
yabon wasu bayi masu
neman gafararsa acan
cikin dare can kusan
lokacin sahur da cewa sune:
"Masu haquri, da masu
gaskiya, da masu qanqan
da
kai, da masu ciyarwa, da
masu yin istigfari a
lokutan asuba "
[Q3:17].

Haƙiƙa mutanen ƙwarai
basa dogewa akan saɓo
nan take suke dawowa su
gyara ayyukansu.
Allah( ﺗﻌﺎﻟﻰ) yace: "Sune
kuma Waɗanda, idan s**a
aikata
wata alfasha, ko s**a
zalunci
kayukansu su kan tuna
Allah; sai su nemi gafarar
zunubansu, Kuma wane ne
zai gafarta zunubai idan
ba Allah ba,
kuma basa dogewa akan
abin da suke
aikatawa, alhalin suna
sane" [Q3:135].

Abinda Allah yake so
kazama mai tuba mai
istigifari mai komawa ga
Shi.
Kuma lallai Annabi ( ﺻﻠﻰ
ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ )
yace:
"Ya ku mutane! Ku
tuba zuwa ga
Ubangijinku, kuma ku
nemi gafararSa;
saboda Ni na kan tuba
zuwa gare shi, ina kuma
neman gafararSa; a
kowani
yini sau ɗari." (Nisa'i ya
rawaito).

Sannan Allah ( ﺗﻌﺎﻟﻰ) yace:
"Allah bai kasance zai
azabta su ba alhalin kana
cikinsu, kuma Allah bai
kasance mai azabta su ba;
matuqar
suna neman gafara." [Q8:
33].
Wannan ya gwada kenan
riko da sunnar Manzon
Allah( ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ), ta
yin istigifari tana hana
azabar Allah madaukaki.

Wannan ayar ta sama ta
saukane tun lokacin
Manzon Allah sallallahu
alaihi wa sallam, yana
raye, to tunda yanzu baya
raye idan an rike sunnarsa
an rike karantarwarsa
kuma aka yi istigifari to
wannan ayyukan suna
hana azabar Allah akan
mutane.

Manzon Allah( ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ
ﻭﺳﻠﻢ) ya fada cikin hadisi
cewa:
"Dukkannin 'ya'yan
Adamu masu kuskure ne sai dai mafi
alkhairin daga
cikinsu sune masu tuba.

Lallai ne babu bala'i irin yadda
mutum yana aikata
kuskure kullum kuma
yana ganin daidai yake
aikatawa.
Yazo acikin hadisi Shaiɗan
yace:
"Na hallakar da 'ya'yan
Adamu da kura-kurai da
zunuban da suke
aikatawa, ni kuma sun
halakar dani da kalmar da
suke faɗa La'ilaha illallahu
da istigifari da suke yi
bana so.

Haqiqa ya ku bayin Allah
istighfari daliline na samun
rahamar Allah a alqiyama
in ta tsaya, daliline na
arzuki anan duniya,
daliline na samun lafiya,
daliline na samun amfanin
gona da 'ya'yaye.
Talauci yayi yawa bala'i
yayi yawa to adawo zuwa
ga Allah ku luzumci
istigifari. Babu wani Dan
Adam guda Daya da zai
iya gyara kasa, kowa ya
koma zuwa ga Allah.
An ruwaito daga Abdullahi
ɗan Abbas. ( ﺭﺿﻲ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ
ﻋﻨﻬﻤﺎ ) yace
Manzon Allah ( ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ
ﻭﺳﻠﻢ) yace:
"Duk wanda ya lazimci yin
istigfaari
Allah zai sanya masa
mafita daga
kowani qunci, da kuma
yayewa daga
kowani baqin ciki, ya
kuma azurta shi
ta yadda baya tsammani."
(Abu-dawud
ya ruwaito shi).

Ya ku 'yan uwa masu imani, haqiqa dama ta
samu, mu yi amfani da wannan wata ta
Ramadana, dun neman mafita daga halin da
wannan qasa tamu take ciki.
Allah muke roke da ya datar damu daga
dukkan alkhairin da cikin wannan wata mai
albarka.
Allah Ya sanya mu daga cikin bayinSa 'yan
tattu da a wannan wata.
