Having the fact that we all are staying at home because of the lockdown of the coronavirus, every business, church, mosque, and organization are all shut down, people are very bored in their home that makes the statistic of people being online with their smartphone very high.

So many people have charted and called asking what can they do now in this period to save some income or make money which they can start without money, so I started a research on that and after some research, I came up with 7 different business you can start right now with any capital and still make some income from your home.

I’m going to list seven businesses you can get started, but the interesting part of those businesses is that you and do all the seven at same time have known that you can start any of them without any money.

But my advice it that just pick the one you think you can do best and very good at it, that will help you be so perfect and good at it and being that good on any of it you will make some good income from it, and the more good and professional you are on it the more money you make and you can even turn it into a full-time business after this pandemic.

Here are the seven businesses you can start in this isolation period without any money

1. Flip Items and sell them online

Flipping an item just means buying an item for a good price both online or offline and selling it for more elsewhere. Generally, you buy items used at places like thrift stores and garage sales and sell them online. Some people even flip items for a living, making enough to quit their daytime jobs.

2. Digital Marketing

Digital marketing is the use of the internet, mobile devices, social media, search engines, and other channels to reach consumers.

3. Become a Private Tutor (online coaching and consulting)

Private tutors provide one-on-one educational assistance to elementary and secondary school students or to adults. As an elementary school tutor, you may help children (grades 1 – 8) improve their skills in reading, writing or math. Generally, you are self-employed and operate a tutoring business.

While Online coaching and consulting allow for people to meet with experts virtually. Rather than having to meet with the coach/consultant in person. This allows for the consumers to be able to gain knowledge or help from wherever they please

4. Start a YouTube Channel

You can start making videos on YouTube people make money from their videos they uploaded on YouTube for people to watch find your hobby/skills or a good niche on what people search on search engine and start making videos on it and start getting paid for your videos.



5. Dropship Items on (Alibaba Express, Amazon, and Ebay)

Dropshipping is a retail fulfillment method where a store doesn't keep the products it sells in stock. Instead, when a store sells a product using the drop-shipping model, it purchases the item from a third party and has it shipped directly to the customer.

6. Freelance on Upwork or freelance.com

Freelancing is a self-employed person who offers services, often working on several jobs for various clients at one time. Freelancers usually make money on a per-task basis, charging hourly or daily rates for their work. Freelance work is usually for the short-term.

7. Start making courses on Udemy

On Udemy, anyone can create a video-based course on a range of topics – from web design and entrepreneurship to yoga and photography. The average price for a course is $19 to $199. Many of the top classes draw about 500 students, with some reaching students in the low thousands

10 THINGS YOU CAN DO DURING THIS LOCK-DOWN PERIOD

We all are lockdown in our homes because of the coronavirus and so as our businesses many of are not finding this time of lockdown funny any longer which so many of us has been so many things to keep body and soul busy, but the matter is not easy on us as we are all staying at home is not getting along with us again.

Today I will be sharing what I think we all should be doing during this isolation time, that will help us build our self and career, the most important fact is that with this we can learn a lot of stuff now and after the pandemic.

Here are some things you can use to keep your self so busy with the lockdown isolation:

Learn a skill online

There are a lot of great skills you can learn online to further your career or business. Some tend to rise above the others and should probably move to the top of your list. Whether or not you're technically inclined, so to speak, these skills will provide you with the insights to propel yourself forward, get a better job or promotion, or simply increase your income by providing invaluable services online. You can get those skills on the following website (Skillshare, Cody, Udacity, Lynda, Udemy and CreativeLive)

Start online Business

Staring an online business is another great thing you can do in this period so that you can still make some income check out my post on 10 ways to start a successful business.

Try new things like (Learn more about money and investment (stock, bonds, equity)

When was the last time you tried something new? When was the last time you tried something new? Go out of your way to expose yourself to new things and it will totally change the way you live your life. Don’t believe us? Try at least one new thing every single day for a month and see what happens. It’s a challenge we encourage you to take.

Exercise

Exercise helps people lose weight and lower the risk of some diseases. Exercising regularly decreases a person's risk of developing certain diseases, including obesity, type 2 diabetes, and high blood pressure. Exercise can help a person age well. This may not seem important now, but your body will thank you later.

Read books

Reading is important because it develops our thoughts, gives us endless knowledge and lessons to read while keeping our minds active. Reading books can help us learn, understand and makes us smarter. Not to mention the knowledge, vocabulary expansion and thinking skills we develop, so read a good book today, you can get free booking online too.

Watching TED talks will not only give you a motivational boost while your studying, it could also inspire your next career move. Better than that, it could help you improve your interview techniques and confidence in meetings helping you advance your career once you get your foot in the door.

Listen to motivational and business podcast on YouTube

People spend most of their time surfing the internet and listening to social discussions of their choice. Podcasters have seen this as an opportunity to engage interested listeners and also use that same opportunity to market products to them.

Start making research on those think you don’t know

Businesses over these few years have changed from what it used to be (a regular shop, retail store or plaza). Several business sectors have been disrupted by technology and we’ve seen so many bizarre ideas raise millions & billions of dollars.

10 "Must-do" for building a successful Startup.

Here we will be looking at the ’10 Processes’ every startup must undergo before starting. It is very important for every startup to define the problem(s) they are solving and why they are solving the problems in the society before jumping into building the idea. This is in order to avoid making mistakes that will make the business startup fail.

1. Defined the problem you want to solve
Most African startups make the mistake of creating a solution before identifying the problem, As I said early most of them think they have the next big idea, but haven’t done the appropriate research to see if it could be successful.
What is the present problem?
What is going to be the consequences of not solving the problem in the future?
Are there many people facing those problems?
Will the problem create more job opportunities?

2. Define your Solution
This is a very important part of your idea, defining your solution will help you understand how you are using your idea in solving that problem.
in defining your solution, think of that idea of yours now compare it with your solution and think if it really helps in stopping or reducing the problem.
Then check if your solution is the best way to helps in stopping or reducing the problem and if it what the market will love or want.

3. State How your idea is solving the problem.
Is your idea the best solution to that problem? will my idea be easily adopted by users?

4. Validate your market
Market validation is the research you must do in your target market. This research is used to know your product concept against a potential target market.
And should always be done before starting your product, Ideally, you must start your market validation much earlier for a better understanding of the target market. This will help build a better, more focused product.

5. Know your Market Size
You need to determine the potential number of customers/individuals that will make use of the product.

6. Determine your Market Adoption
This is the series of stages that a potential consumer goes through when deciding whether or not to buy or purchase a new product.

7. Know your Competitors
Find out who is doing the same thing you are doing. It is very important to know those startups, companies or firms who are solving the same problem you are solving.
Knowing also how they are solving that problem will help you know how to make a difference in using your idea to solve the same problem.

8. Define your Competitive Advantage over your Competitors
Defining your advantage over your competitors is very important because it makes your product unique from others in the same market, every investor would want to know what you are doing differently from your competitors.

9. Define your Business Model
Defining your business model helps you plan for the successful operation of your business, identifying sources of revenue, the intended customer base, products, and details of financing.

10. Getting the right team
Getting the right team for your startup is the most important part of any startup because the right team will make your idea come to reality.

It is also another important part that most of the investors look at because they are the engine of the startup business.
