We're thrilled to announce the successful development and commissioning of our groundbreaking -Flow Semi-Continuous Palm Oil Extractor™ – a revolutionary Semi-Continuous Batch-Fed Palm Oil Extraction System with Continuous Aqueous Phase Separation.

This innovative system is batch-fed (load palm fruit mash in batches) but delivers continuous extraction for higher efficiency and minimal downtime.

1. Palm fruit mash is fed into the reactor chamber.
2. Rapid digestion and crushing occur.
3. Water is introduced continuously, with oil + water exiting via a dedicated channel.
4. Clean separation: Oil flows out non-stop, while kernel and chaff are discharged separately at the end.
