Jose Maria Academy

Dear Parents,

As we welcome our students back to school today, our hearts are filled with gratitude and hope for the new session.

For all our families and students travelling today, we pray that God grants you safe and peaceful journeys and brings every child safely to us.

As we begin this new session, we commit Josemaria Academy, our children, parents, teachers and staff into God’s hands. May He take complete control of all that concerns us.

We pray for a session filled with academic progress, good health, sound character, happiness and strong pastoral care. May God give our teachers wisdom, patience and understanding to recognise the individual needs of every child entrusted to us.

We pray that our children will grow not only in knowledge, but also in confidence, discipline, kindness, responsibility and good values.

May God grant us favour in the hearts of our children and parents, and may He help us as a school to carry out our responsibilities with excellence, compassion and integrity.

To our parents, thank you for entrusting your precious children to us. We do not take that trust lightly. We look forward to working closely with you and making this a happy, productive and successful session for every child.

May this session bring beautiful testimonies to every family and to our school.

Welcome back to Josemaria Academy. May God bless and keep us all throughout this session. Amen. 🙏❤️

About Today!
Happy Feast Day, Josemaria Academy, Awka!🎉

Today, June 26th, we celebrate the Feast of Saint Josemaría Escrivá (1902–1975), the Spanish Catholic priest who founded Opus Dei and the patron of our academy.
Known widely as the "saint of ordinary life," Saint Josemaría taught a beautiful spiritual message: that our everyday work, studies, and family duties are direct paths to holiness.

Wishing our students, staff, and management a blessed and joyful celebration.

✨ Happy Feast Day Everyone! ✨
