A new week begins at Domus Mariae College Igarra .

Fresh notebooks.
Focused minds.
Questions waiting to be asked and answered.

Here, the week does not start with noise.
It starts with intention. With students ready to think deeply, experiment boldly, and stretch their understanding just a little further than before.

Each lesson is a step.
Each problem solved is a quiet victory.

As the week unfolds, we remain committed to what we do best:
raising disciplined thinkers, curious minds, and students prepared for the future.

Welcome to a new week of learning at Domus Mariae College Igarra.

🇳🇬🕊️ ARMED FORCES REMEMBRANCE DAY 🕊️🇳🇬

Today, at Domus Mariae College Igarra, we pause to remember and honour our fallen heroes, the brave men and women of the Nigerian Armed Forces who paid the ultimate price to secure our nation’s peace, freedom and unity.

We remember not just their uniforms, but their bravery. Not just their battles, but their belief in a safer, stronger Nigeria.🇳🇬

Their sacrifices remind us that peace is preserved through selflessness, discipline, and love for country 🤍.

Their courage, selflessness and unwavering commitment to duty remind us that the safety we enjoy today was earned through great sacrifice. We salute not only those who fell in service but also the families they left behind, whose strength and resilience continue to inspire us.

As a school committed to nurturing role models for tomorrow, we teach our students the values these heroes stood for: patriotism, service, discipline and love for country. By remembering them, we are shaping children who understand the meaning of sacrifice and the importance of contributing positively to society.

🕊️We remember
🕊️We honour
🕊️We are grateful. 🫡🙏🏽

🇳🇬 May their sacrifices never be forgotten.
