Good day members, I knew we are not doing well regard to this association, we don't have anything we can proud with it, last year we had made a meeting and discussed about important things and some of the members contributed their money but notching is added in the group. Nobody said anything, we are about more than 300 members but only less 50 are in this group what are the problems, what can we do to be united, how each member help the association.
Only one person cannot do this great tasks, we suppose to coordinate and encouraged our members by telling them to join the group , give advice to leaders and contributed what they have to association.
I want the P.R.O to do his and informed the members which are not in this group to join.
2 I want the secretary to reviewed the constitution and submitted it so that we can go and registered the association.
3 I want welfare to organized how our sallah break meeting take place and prepared well before the time.
4 every member in this group must contributed 500 before 22 of May 2020.
Finally I thanks all that members for their advice given to me.
