I have been in relationships and I have
found out that love doesn't guarantee the
success of a relationship. Love cannot help
you stick to one person, after all, cheating
isn't always a product of not loving your
partner. In fact, Loving someone doesn't
guarantee not falling in love with any other
person.
Some people have been in a relationship,
loved the guy so much but still fell in love
with another guy.
What Went wrong there ..??
Relationships work out mostly because of
our head not our heart, It's works out
because of emotional maturity, empathetic
intelligence
and self discipline.
You see, times will come when you'll see
more beautiful, handsome, intelligent, sexy,
curvy and God fearing people than the one
you're in
a relationship with. In those times, Love will
not help you, Self control will help you,
Emotional intelligence will help you,
commitment will help you.
No matter how you feel for someone, The
person you're committed to ranks first in
your life. .
You think married people don't see better
people than the ones they married?
You think they don't feel funny sometimes?
You think they don't catch feelings?
They do.
But understanding that commitment is
greater than feelings is a great arsenal to
destroy that impulse. You can fall in love
with anyone, but building a relationship
takes absolutely more than what attracted

We are too fond of loving when it's

commit to that one, Discipline yourself,

Here are five tips to overcome your low self-

1. Stop psyching yourself out
Our minds are powerful, but many people tend to
let their thoughts take over their emotions. This is
not necessarily beyond your control—you can
change the way you think.
Get rid of negative thoughts like "Everything's my
fault!" and "I'm too awkward". It may be tough, but
all it takes are plenty of self-discipline,
commitment, and a conscientious effort to
eliminate these thoughts.

2. Stop comparing yourself to others

As time passes, you can look back on your

How to Achieve Goals Through Persistent Starting
Have you ever feel overwhelmed while trying to
achieve a goal? I have, and I guess you have too.
That’s why it’s important that you have a good
strategy. Otherwise you might not achieve your
goals, or will only achieve them through
unnecessary stress and frustration.
One good strategy I found is persistent starting in
The Now Habit by Neil Fiore. Here is what the
book says about it:
“…essentially, all large tasks are completed in a
series of starts… Keep on starting, and finishing
will take care of itself.”
In essence, persistent starting means that you
shouldn’t fill your mind with how big a project is.
That will only make you feel overwhelmed. Instead,
just focus on starting on it every day. By doing
that, you will eventually finish the project and
achieve your goal.
Why Persistent Starting Is Powerful
There are three reasons why persistent starting is
powerful:
1. It helps you reduce stress. Instead of filling
your mind with how big a project is, you fill it with
the simple task that you need to do today. That
makes the burden much lighter.
2. It helps you overcome procrastination. One big
reason why we procrastinate is that we feel
overwhelmed by what we face. As a result, we
hesitate to take action. This principle makes the
task feel manageable.
3. It allows you to overcome seemingly
insurmountable challenges. By just continually
starting, you will eventually achieve a big goal. The
whole journey might seem daunting, but by going
through it one step at a time, you will eventually
reach your destination.
A simple example in my life is when I tried to
finish reading the Bible. It seemed like a huge task.
If I focused on how hard it would be, it’s unlikely
that I would ever finish it. But I focused instead on
reading four chapters a day without thinking about
how far I still had to go. With this attitude, I
eventually finished reading it within a year.
How to Apply Persistent Starting
Here are four steps to apply persistent starting :
1. Know your destination.
First of all, you need to know where you are going.
If you don’t, you will only wander aimlessly. So
set a clear goal. What is it that you are trying to
achieve? How will success look?
2. Plan the route.
Now that you know your destination, you need to
plan how to get there. A good way to do that is to
set some milestones. These milestones serve two
purposes:
They help you stay on track. You will know if you
deviate from the right path.
They give you small victories along the way.
Having a sense of accomplishment is important to
stay motivated. By having milestones, you can get
it along the way, not just at the end.
3. Keep doing the next simple task.
After planning the route, you should figure out the
next simple task to do. What can you do today that
will move you toward your destination? After you
find it, then allocate time to do it.
4. Adjust your course as necessary.
You need to be careful not to go off course. So
regularly check where you are (for example, by
comparing your position with your next milestone)
and adjust your course as necessary.

Persistent starting is a simple strategy, but it can
help you achieve your goals with minimum stress
and frustration. It works for me, and I hope it will

A decade ago, I helped found a business
dedicated to helping entrepreneurs bring
their business ideas to fruition. I've
mentored and coached hundreds of
entrepreneurs since. Many of my students
have licensed their ideas to powerful
companies or brought them to market
themselves through venturing. I've often
wondered what differentiates successful
entrepreneurs from their peers. Are there
certain qualities they share? I think so.
But I also think it's important to
acknowledge that timing, luck and simply
being in the right place at the right time
play a part in many success stories.
Decades of personal experience and
mentoring have taught me that successful
entrepreneurs share these five qualities:
1. An unwavering passion.
The advice to do what you love has
become a bit of a cliché. Everyone says,
"Find your passion." But that's easier said
than done. Being an entrepreneur
demands commitment and dedication --
more than most jobs do, I'd argue. If
you're ambivalent or mildly enthused
about your product or service, that's not
going to sustain you through the highs
and lows that will inevitably occur. If you
find something you love enough to want
to share it with others, that love will fuel
and give you purpose.
2. Open-mindedness.
The most successful entrepreneurs I know
never forget how much they can learn
from others. They ask for advice. They're
flexible. They soak up the best practices
around them like a sponge. Fear of failure
can make it easy to grip onto your vision
with an iron fist, but rigidity won't serve
you.
3. The desire to be an expert.
Entrepreneurs like a challenge. If they
didn't, they'd probably have chosen
another line of work. But as exciting as it
is to consider a new field, high-achieving
entrepreneurs know the benefits of
staying in the same industry for a while
are immense. When you spend years in
the same industry, you learn its history.
Knowing what's been done before can
help you identify how it can and should
move forward. In the meantime, you'll
build a network of relationships to
support you in future endeavors,
especially when times are lean. Those
relationships are invaluable.
4. A forward-looking approach.
Successful entrepreneurs are always
thinking ahead. They may stray from their
roadmap, and that's okay, but they have
one in mind. Having a clearly established
set of goals will keep you from getting
stuck. Your goals may be constantly
evolving, but if you don't know where
you want to go, chances are, you won't
get anywhere.
5. A constant flow of ideas.
Having one project that's doing well is
great. But the successful entrepreneurs I
know don't rest on their laurels. Instead,
they're constantly asking themselves,
"What's next?" They understand that
being a successful entrepreneur is a
lifestyle choice, not a destination.
Embrace these qualities and you will
become a better entrepreneur.

''CHOICE'' One of Nature Greatest Gift to man. Weather you be poor till death is ''CHOICE'', weather you kill to live is ''CHOICE''. It cannot be over emphasised but virtually everything we do here on earth is as a result of our 'CHOICE. Few years ago when i was much tender, i fell into a circle of CHOICE to cuddle a friend to safety by lying. Though aftermath, i lost the friendship because i was unable to yield by my CHOICE to lie. I still cannot forget it either. If wrong CHOICE are made it speaks volume of regret afterwards. Hmmm , what then should i do??? According to physcologist, CHOICES OCCUR AS A RESULT OF EXPERIENCE. Experience that was detrimental, or not leaves us with CHOICE. ................ WHAT CHOICE HAVE YOU MADE TODAY?
