Application Form

Applicants should follow the instructions outlined below:

All Applicants are required to have Sat for Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) examination.

(i) Log on to www.dsmt.edu.ng and then click on APPLY NOW before APPLICATION FORM.

(ii) Fill the form to pay a non-refundable application fee of ND: N15,000;

All payments are made through this school portal only

(iii) Application form can be purchase only from this school website.

(iv) Kindly fill this form to make payment, after the payment use the email address and password you used to make this payment to access your portal for onward completion of the REGISTRATION FORM.

(v) Things to note while filling option of DEPARTMENT. Kindly visit Admission Requirement to know the actaul Department to choose. In Admission requirement, you will see different courses under different Departments. Select the Department you have your course.

(vi) After payment login to the website with the login details you used to purchase this form to update your profile and fill the REGISTRATION FORM. Proceed to PrintOut to print your Admission Form Receipt.

(vii) Print two (2) copies of the online Admission Form Receipt to conclude the registration. CLOSING DATE: THURSDAY 31ST AUGUST, 2023.

📓Please note the following important information regarding the release of JAMB results:

➡️ If your result is currently under investigation, kindly wait for at least one week before checking again. JAMB is conducting thorough checks to identify any instances of malpractice at examination centers.

➡️For candidates who have misplaced their SIM cards, please wait for the original JAMB results to be released or for alternative methods of checking to be provided by JAMB. At this time, the only method available is through SMS using your registered phone number.

➡️Cut off points for universities and other institutions have not been announced yet. Please refrain from making any decisions until official directives are issued by JAMB.

➡️The JAMB portal for activities such as change of course, change of institution, and other data corrections is not yet open. Please be patient and wait for further announcements.

➡️The portal for uploading O-level results for candidates who used awaiting results during registration is also not yet open. Stay updated for announcements regarding its opening.

➡️ Last year's cut off points may not be applicable for this year. Kindly await the release of this year's cut off points by JAMB.

➡️ Screening forms for various schools will be available soon. Stay tuned for updates.

➡️ For candidates currently writing WAEC exams, rest assured that you are covered.

➡️Please be cautious of scams claiming to offer upgrades for JAMB results. Such activities are fraudulent.

➡️While waiting for screening forms, start gathering necessary documents such as birth certificates, certificates of origin, WAEC, NECO, and NABTEB certificates to avoid rushing during screening.

What really matters is what you can offer
The whites or your employees are not really matters about your certifications but with the following...
1) are you capable of doing the job
2) can you deliver the job if given
3) what are your obligations like
