TRIC is looking to appoint experienced and outstanding Teachers for August 2017. The. successful candidates will be experienced professionals with some knowledge of the UK Early Years and Primary curriculum.

DO NOT teach the alphabet song, unless you're going to sing it using sounds, not names!! We fall into error when we teach letters first before sounds. Most of our text books do just that. We as practitioners need to correct this error. Phonics is all about matching letters to SOUNDS!
