Regina Daniels took me out, saying I needed a break. I wasn’t sure, but I was tired of crying and thinking, feeling as if the whole world is coming to an end. As I stepped into the club, the stares, whispers, and loud music hit me. Is she okay? I could almost hear them ask.

I grabbed a drink, but my hands was shaking. Every song reminded me of him, our nights, our laughter, beautiful moments we shared and everything we lost. I felt out of place. But Regina pulled me to the dancefloor. “Let go,” she pulled me and we hit the dance floor.

So, I danced, I smiled, maybe for the first time in months. It didn’t erase the pain, but for a moment, I felt free. Healing would take time, but I knew one thing, I would be okay and back on my feet, if not for anyone but for my children.

Marriage is a sweet institution, but only the patient can truly enjoy it. It requires endurance, understanding, and a deep commitment to one another.

DON'T GO INTO MARRIAGE BECAUSE OF PRESSURE AND PETTY REASONS

Any mistake in marriage can have lifelong consequences. Divorce and separation are not only painful, but they are also considered sinful in God's eyes.

As the Bible says, "I hate divorce,” says the Lord God of Israel..." (Malachi 2:16). When you put your spouse away, you are not only causing harm to yourself and your loved ones, but you are also in big trouble with God.

Marriage is a sacred covenant between two people, and it should not be taken lightly. It requires effort, forgiveness, and a willingness to work through challenges together.

Let us approach marriage with reverence, respect, and a deep commitment to one another. May we strive to build strong, healthy marriages that honor God and bring joy to ourselves and those around us.
