Reading isn't a natural thing...
Saw this on bibi When you want someone to sit on you while you sit,
You are giving them a lap
When you stand up, it is no longer a lap.
It is your thigh.
Yes, you have two thighs,
Put your hands on your thighs.
It is not chicken laps except, of course, another chicken is sitting on the thighs
Again I say, the lap is the space between the waist and knee of a SEATED PERSON.

Reading is a habit that needs to be inculcated among children from an early age.
Today, we see many children either busy with smartphones, tablets, virtual games or simply wasting time in front of the television.
As parents, if you want your child to be a good reader, you need to motivate and develop a habit of reading in your child.
It is sometimes tough to nurture the love for reading in a child as they are quite restless and tend to get bored easily. But as parents, it is your responsibility to work hard towards transforming them into little readers and instilling reading habits in them.

The knowledge of sounds is known as Phonics.
To write and speak any language correctly, understanding sounds is very important.
Sounds help us to break the word and say it easily and correctly.
That's why, at JisLord Phonics we make sure our preschoolers gain mastery of each phoneme in a fun way.
A child learns how to speak and read efficiently with the help of sounds.
Our preschoolers learn by listening to these sounds regularly during circle time. They pick up the language and start talking and comfortably start reading with ease.

Week 3 with preschoolers of Higher Height International School, Akure.
We had a sound parade. The pupils used this opportunity to associate real-life objects to the sound /b/ to make learning the sound real.😇
