Parker was once again declared winner at the 30th Anniversary Debate International School, Iloko-Ijesha. Whilst the remains of our dear Proprietor (Dr. Q.K. PARKER) was being committed to mother earth, PIHS was cleared the overall best in the debate.

As usual, we proved to the World to be a strong leadership example in the education industry in Ondo State and Nigeria at large.

The competition which was organised to commemorate Olashore International School' 30th year of imparting prosperity had about 6 schools in attendance including the host school, at the end of second round, PIHS was announced WINNER (First Position). In addition to this, our very own chief speaker, ABEGUNDE, Esther, was cleared the 'best speaker' in the debate.

This would have been difficult to achieve without the contributions of ALADE, Bright - the support speaker and the rebuttal/summative speaker - ADETUNJI-OJO, Adebusola.

This is a testimony that PIHS is blessed with qualified teachers and excellent facilities, no wonder, our students leave to attend Universities all over the World and become solution providers in all sectors of the economy.

A particular thank you to the training committee members - Miss OLORUNMAYE, Nifemi, Miss. IDIMA, Chioma, Miss. BODUNDE, Folashade, Mr. ADETUNJI and Pastor OJO, Lanre, the chairman.

To other students who represented us from the Junior School Section - EZEBUIKE, Sophia and ARISOYIN, Esther, thank you for making us proud!!

It is with heavy heart that we announce the passing to glory of our Proporietor and Founder, Dr. Quayson Kwasi PARKER.

Dr. Parker, no doubt, was a devoted father bestowed with wisdom. He was also noted for his discipline and deligence in all facets of life.

As an academician, he made relevant and indelible marks in the academic realm both within and outside Nigeria. Therefore, as we mourn his passing, we draw strength in these achievements, especially in the area of his commitment to the things of God, which assures us that he is with our Lord Jesus Christ.

We pray that God will comfort his family, Parker Educational Institutes and give us ALL the fortitude to bear this irreplaceable loss.

May his soul Rest In Peace!
