Quick Grammar Fix!
Have you been saying this wrong?
Many people write "last but not the least" but the correct expression is actually "last but not least."
Here's why 👇
The word "least" already means the smallest in importance or value. Adding "the" before it is unnecessary in this expression.
So remember:
✅ Last but not least → Correct ✔️
❌ Last but not the least → Nonstandard ✖️
The phrase simply means:
"The final person or point mentioned is still very important."
Simple. Clean. Powerful. That's Standard English.

🎙️ SPEAKING TIP OF THE DAY!
Did you know that PAUSING while speaking makes you sound MORE confident, not less? 💡
Most people are afraid of silence — so they fill it with:
❌ "Ehm…"
❌ "Erm…"
❌ "You know…"
But here's the truth — when you PAUSE:
✅ Your audience leans in
✅ You sound in control
✅ Your words carry more weight
Try this today:
Speak a sentence. Stop. Breathe. Then continue.
Feel the difference? 🎯
Tag someone who says "ehm" too much 😄👇

Eloquent speakers are not just born that way they are built by the habits they keep.
Here are 5 things they NEVER do:
❌ Mumble — they open their mouth and speak with intention
⏩ Rush — they slow down and let every word land
🤐 Use fillers — no "um", "erm" or "like" — just a powerful pause
🎯 Swallow their endings — every sentence finishes strong
🌬️ Ignore their breath — they breathe deep and speak with control
