EXCERPT FROM ACOSA' 2014 MINUTES OF MEETING HELD ON THE 31ST MARCH, 2024
THE MEETING RESOLVED AMONGST OTHER THINGS THUS:

That, ACOSA'2014 has clocked 10YEARS of Post-graduation which calls for celebration. In sipte of the above, a committee for the CELEBRATION OF ACOSA' 2014 10YEARS ANNIVERSARY was set up with terms of reference to include; planning and mobilization of resources for the DAY and to ensure successful celebration of the epoch making event.
To this end, the following were selected.
ACOSA DAY Planning Committee members:
1. Ihom Frederick
2. Ikyosen Gloria
3. Terseen Koko
4. Iorkphol Mnengeater
5. Adachi Tertsea

The meeting further concluded thus:
1. That each member will contribute the sum of #3,000
2. That committee members will contribute #5,000 each.
3. That EXCO members will also contribute #5,000 each.
4. That contributions should be forwarded to our Treasurer, Yange Aundugh or PRO, Aondofa Aninge.

Members are hereby reminded of the need for early payment of the amounts stated above accordingly and as it applies to them.

Dear comrades,

NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF DATE OF MEETING

Be informed that our December meeting which was earlier scheduled to hold on Saturday, the 26th day of December, 2020, has been shifted to Sunday, 27th December, 2020.

It behooves on the EXCO to take this decision and to further inform you of same, as our earlier date coincides with that of MOTHER ACOSA.

We regret any inconveniences this change might have caused but please, do bear with us.
