Good morning, dearly beloved🤗

As we set out today let us remember that even though challenges may come our way, God is always with us as Psalms 23:4 makes us understand.
God never disappoints those who put their trust in Him.
Even as he chastises you through his word as Proverbs 3:11 points out and corrects through the use of challenges to make you stronger in your faith and spirituality, always remember Proverbs 3:12 -" For whom the LORD loveth he correcteth; even as a father the son in whom he delighteth."

This is the word for the week and remember, SSV cares💕

Find out the blessing the lord has for you.

Know that the Lord has you in mind, his thoughts of you are good to give you an expected end.

This week, we want you to find a way to look at these things differently, from the lens of God.

To provide secondary school students with the platform to grow and be the person the lord intends for them to be is our goal.

Ssv... Building generations

It is okay if it feels like it is a lot, like you can’t deal with it anymore. Today, we want you to remember that you don’t have to, remember that the lord loves you, it may not seem so, but he does.

To something today, take a minute, and just talk to God, tell him your heart and trust him, he will come through.

Change, the real change is one that is created from the mind, before any where else, in ssv, we believe in the transformative power of God, and how it changes people, especially young people.

join us in our SSV mentorship program, as we learn about our identity in Christ. Who we are as sons and daughters of God, what we can do, what our responsibilities are as people who has come under sonship.
After this session, we will no longer stuffer identity crises as believers.

This is a simple step to make friends in school🙂🙂

A smile is the best thing a person can wear. Smiling frequently can help you appear more friendly, and it can cause you to be in a better mood.

Don’t be shy to approach people first. Great a person if you see one standing alone in a corner. Engage in a conversation with them. Get to know them personally. By taking your time to go up to a person and getting to know them, people will see you as the “friendly-type”.

Be mindful of how you stand. Don’t slouch or cross your arms. Let your body project your feelings. If you slouch, you’ll appear uncomfortable.

You are an amazing company to have around if you can put yourself in the position of others. This is the essence of being empathetic. You can relate to the person you’re talking to, you can talk to them the way they should be interacted with, thus having better conversations just by using your empathy.

This is a very important rule of thumb, regardless if you’re trying to be friendly or not. Be kind and respectful to everyone.
