What is the lesson:
In Education there is what is called nature vs nurture. Meaning the the nature represents the habit while the nurture stands for habitat. It there means that the environment where a child grows at the early stage of his or her life will either make or mar the child. The nurture has to do with the family background, cultural background, the environment where the child is raised, School attended, peer group etc has a lot of influence on the child.
In the same way the nature ( habit) a child grows with will make or mar the child.
In conclusion, the habit and habitat where an animal is is what makes it to be referred to as dirty animal, so also the nature and nurture of a child will make him clean or dirty. For example a child raised in the city is different from the child raised in the village etc.
