SELECTION OF COMMITTEE TOWARDS 20TH YEAR ANNIVERSARY OF ESTABLISHMENT OF THE MUSLIM COLLEGE, ADO EKITI, EKITI STATE

1.My good people of alumni, I am glad to meet you today.

2.Fellow comrades, it is not new to you that our Alma Mater will clock 20 years of establishment by 1st September, 2020.

3.Furthermore, as part of my online speech delivered to you, the executives has put things together on the method to use in selecting the committee.

*Method of selection*

(I) Two among the executives shall be chosen
(II) All senior prefects or the Senior prefect girls, also the Amirs from the year of establishment till date shall be part of the committee
(III) Three female volunteers from the group
(IV) Two male volunteers from the group

4. I am directing all Sets to have standing sub-committee.

5. All the concerned people in number 3 Roman figure (III) and (IV) shall indicate their interest between now Fri.,24th of April , 2020 to Tue.,28th of April, 2020.

6. All Senior Prefects and the volunteers should forward their names to the National Secretary watzapp number on 0703 006 0129

7. I am seriously concerned that we could not be able to have congress due to the deadly Corona virus called covid-19. But in few time, I am very sure it will end soon.

8. But note, all meetings of the committee shall be online for now. And you shall all updated on the resolution of the committee

ANUMNI CONGRESS DATED 3rd /Sept., /2017.
The meeting started 3:07pm with an
opening prayer, followed by the welcoming
address.
As part of the resolutions of the meeting are
as follows:
1. Formation of strong relationship with the
students and school management,
2. To re-visit the school principal On the
actual school logo,
3. To extend entrepreneurship to the
students as soon as they resume from
holiday Such as
a. Printing
b. Painting
c. Building Engineering
d. Computer training,
All for free of charge.
4. Distribution free either WAEC, NECO or
JAMB FORM to the best 3 SS3 students,
5. Renovation of the school signboard or to
reconstruct another one,
6. Re- painting of the school gate entrance,
7. Distribution of free exercise books to SSS
3 students and the Staff.
8. Production of customized Alumni T-shirt
and stickers,
9. Amount needed for some projects before
the resumption of the school is #

2nd MINI CONGRESS coming up on
Sunday 3rd September 2017
TIME: 02:00PM

SUMMARY OF THE FIRST MINI MUSLIM COLLEGE ALUMNI ADO-EKITI CONGRESS. DATED ON THE 20TH OF AUGUST, 2017.

The meeting started exactly 3:00pm with an opening prayer by Mr. Nuhudeen Lawal.

Welcome address was done by the pioneer SP Mr. Yekini Abdulqudri Bimbo.

As part of the discussions our resolutions are :

1. To be having frequent meetings for now till the stability.

2. That all graduated students of the school are alumni including newly graduated for the 2017.

3. Commitment of member for the progress of the meeting.

4. To select executives and standing order constitution.

5. Entrepreneurship program will be taking to the school for the SS2 &SS3 students, educational programs, and Career talk for the students .

6.Opening of Bank account.

7. Appointment of acting executives. they are ,

b. Mr. Yusuf Tajudeen O. Ag Secretary

c. Mr. Nuhu Lawal Ag PRO

d. Mr. Saka Ag PRO 2

Other executives officers with portfolio will be conducted in the next Congress.

Also the alumni slogan and the response was discoursed after a lot of arguments, we rectified On the following.

8. Five men constitution committee was appointed

9. Inauguration of the alumni will be commenced as soon as possible by the present and former school principals including notable leaders Accross the nation.

10. Next meeting will be announced latter via social networks , Voice FM 89.9, and Ekiti FM 91.5

The meeting came to an end at 5:53pm with closing prayer. 57 members was in attendance.

Latest developments...

All protocol are respectively observe. Greetings to all my colleagues from the same School . Base on the courtesy visit and the submission of the letter to our Alma Mata. It was amazing how we were welcome and accepted by the school bursar after introducing ourselves as the old student of the the school, despite the absent of the principal.

The letter had been submitted and the principal as called for visitation.

Sorry for the late post. In the mind of our people here, some believe we have not ripe enough to form the alumni, why some think I did not make my result in the school, other said am still searching for admission and we have some who says I have not graduate from higher institution.

All the above is something to write home about. But a tree does not make a forest. It is high time we rise from our slumber. And have say in the new development.
My fellow comrades, Attaheed secondary schools are far junior to us in terms of school establishment Now they have strong and solid alumni.

Where are we? Let us wake up.

May God in his mercy be with us.

Everything is not money, your advice, word of encouragement and your presence in the alumni matters most.

Now that the school principal had welcome us to the board with the submitted letter, is now time to have the second meeting which all are expected.

Sequel to the above subject matter :
The visitation was materialised with the school principal today at exactly the time. He was very exited of the new development. He further more by advising with the following :

1. The fountain needs to be reminded

2. To chose date for inauguration of the alumni.

3.Love to come in all honesty.
This was Part of his speech. ''am very happy that this happens during my tenure, by 2019 am off service. So your assistance is needed and your cooperation. ''

We explained a lots to him also,and welcome all our decisions.

This brought another meeting of everyone which will hold on Sunday 20th of this month hall, Ado Ekiti. By 2pm.
