At the end of all things what you will have left is just you!
Slow down your row, look back at those things you die daily to do: non of them matters in the end.
Its good to build a house, don't die building it
It is good to get a degree, don't quench getting it
It is good to go to mountains, don't fry climbing

Take a little time out to relax
Eat well: fruits, good food not junks
Exercise your body: lack of use wears the bones.
Make friends for loneliness is a disease.
Leave those merely tolerating you. Cling to those celebrating and making you feel good because you need a good spirit for your journey.
Prepare yourself for today, that's your only weapon for tomorrow.
Leave fear and live bold

Your situation is your peculiarity, don't bother about what you're not.

Its not your fault you're born here but you will forever be accountable for staying here empty and sick!

At the end of it all, all you have is you.
