NAOWA Institute of Management and Technology Abuja (NIMTA) formally NAOWA VTC, Abuja was established on 09 April 2010 to provide Technical and Vocational Education Training (TVET) to the Military, their dependants and the general public.

NAOWA Institute of Management and Technology Abuja (NIMTA) was approved by National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) in April 2014 to run National Innovation Diploma (NID) which is 80% practical based and 20% theory.

It is basically to encourage self-reliance, feed industries with the right skills and manpower they require and also an opportunity to further your education to Higher National Diploma (HND) in the relevant field. Both school leavers and graduates are encouraged to partake in the programme on full or part-time.

Furthermore, applicants not having the requirements are encourage to register for Professional Diploma which is the same duration and curriculum with an opportunity of conversion to NID programme by presenting their five (5) credits including English Language and Mathematics before the completion of their course.

1. Purchase Online Admission Application Scratch Card at N5,000 from NIMTA, Asokoro main campus or Gwagwalada Annex or accredited agents.
2. Visit www.nimta.edu.ng and click on the "ONLINE APPLICATION" link.
3. Fill in the SERIAL No and PIN on scratch card and log-in
4. Please fill the form correctly and submit.i.e you are expected to upload 2 x 2 passport photograph. Only jpeg format is accepted.
5. Check your Admission Entry Status 48hrs after the completion of your online admission application using the same PIN and Serial No on your Admission Scratch Card.
6. If provisional admission is granted , print out both the Attestation form and Application Confirmation slip
7. You are expected to bring along the Attestation form, Application Confirmation Slip and other document stated therein for submission and collection of Admission Letter at the institute. If you are having difficulties with Online Application CALL 08031304328.
