It is a day set aside for "EVERYONE" to attempt the resolution of a dispute within his/her domain/context - family, workplace, community etc

Mediation should not be like a garment that you put on whenever it suits you and put off when it does not serve your interest or purpose!

*We should be Mediators, 24/7: Twenty Four Hours A Day, Seven Days A Week!!!*

In our thoughts, words and deeds, we should reflect the high standards and ideals of the very fulfilling Ministry of Reconciliation - Mediation.

Mediation skills are life skills for managing differences, building and sustaining relationships, promoting peace and harmonious coexistence in our domains.

The skills can and indeed should be used for reconciliation of disputes involving:

1. Estranged spouses, parents, children, siblings, in-laws, etc

2. Colleagues, neighbours, friends, business associates/partners, etc
