Have you started talking to your children about Ramadan?
Ramadan should not come as a surprise to them. Let them hear about it, learn about it, and look forward to it with excitement.
I have already started with my child.
I talk to him about Ramadan, the good deeds he will do,😁 and how it is a special month of worship. Now, whenever Ramadan is mentioned, he recognizes it and feels happy and excited about it.

Start preparing their hearts from now.
Tell them: “Ramadan is coming soon.”
“In Ramadan, we do more good deeds.”
“We pray more, read Qur’an, make du‘a, and try to please Allah.”
You can also teach them a simple du‘a:
اللَّهُمَّ بَلِّغْنَا رَمَضَانَ
Allahumma ballighnā Ramadān
“O Allāh, allow us to reach Ramadan.”

This journey began with my son, Ayman, my student and the light of my motherhood journey.

As I began homeschooling him, teaching him about Allāh, the Prophet ﷺ, and the beauty of the Deen, my heart was moved to do more, not just for him, but for every child in the Ummah. 🌱

The name “Ayman” (أيمن) is a blessed name in Arabic. It carries the meanings of:
✨ Blessed (Mubārak)
✨ Righteous (Sālih)
✨ Fortunate
✨ On the right path
✨ One who is on the right (honorable) side

It is also the name of a noble companion Umm Ayman (Barakah), a woman of Paradise and a second mother to the Prophet ﷺ.
This name is filled with Barakah, legacy, and meaning, just like this work.

So Little Ayman’s is not just about my son.
It symbolizes every blessed child we are trying to raise, with sound knowledge, strong Iman, and noble character, bi’idhnillāh.
