1. Embrace motivation system (EMS)
Motivation is a willingness of action especially in behaviour. Motivation propels your child to exercise his/her best.

Reward and appraise every progressive effort of your child.

Similarly, when your child fails, give reward or appraisal for better performance and result next time. Don't write your child off because of failure. Success lies in faiLURE. Lure your child to succeed and be the best.

Don't expect too much from your child. Encourage him/her to exercise his/her best daily without fear and worries.

2. Embrace experience system (EES)
Share your personal experience with your ward. The effort you put in place to be where you are today with the help of the Lord should be shared to arouse the giant in your child.

Experience shared can make your child exceed the extraordinary in exercising his/her best.

Experience is a teacher.

3. Embrace storytelling system (ESS)
Tell your children stories of people that exercised their best and the resulting outcomes.

It energies the ability to do more inorder to be the best.
