THE SCOURGE OF INSTITUTIONAL DICOTOMY

Institutional Dicotomy remains one of the major banes of the Educational system.

Who taught us that when JAMB jambs you,you move to POLY and when there is no way there,settle for COLLEGE(Education).

After all said and done,when "go no go", come back to the COLLEGE field only to jeopardize the system.

Year in, year out,we keep acting the script of "The Rejected Stone..."
With all the enlightenment, shouldn't we just identify the right stone from the start?
Until we are set to priotize Human resources in the Educational system,we aren't ready for this discussion .

Only a few persons understand this.

So I opened this page a while ago with the premonition that that there won't be participants because teachers don't celebrate themselves on this part of the globe.
Alas, I contributed to actualizing the premonition because I had thought again,"what is there to be proud of?"
This mindset impedes on growth.
We are faced with this reality and we all need to know that everyone is actually a "TEACHER" but there are occupational TEACHERS.
The openness of the profession has made it possible to be commonized.

Whatever field you find yourself, inasmuch as you are transmitting knowledge, you are teaching.

To every proud teacher, keep the flag flying.

Proud teachers Teaching is a profession to be proud of.
