Our students recently delved into the world of digital artistry through an exciting UI/UX design workshop. Here's what they learned:

Creativity in Action: Students explored how to transform ideas into visuals by sketching and ideating their designs.

Practical Skills: They discovered the fundamentals of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design skills crucial for creating intuitive and impactful digital platforms.

Hand's On learning: From concept to creation, students were empowered to express their creativity and bring innovative ideas to life.

Through this initiative, we're not just teaching technical skills; we are fostering problem-solving, design thinking and creative expression essential for the digital age.

We're thrilled to announce ACETEL's commitment to supporting Brainfacio with in-depth curriculum research and development.

Together, we're paving the way for globally relevant skillsets and a brighter future for Nigerian students!

Education is the cornerstone of sustainable national development. Brainfacio, supported by LEAP Africa through NYFF is committed towards engaging with education stakeholders, driving advocacy and integrating STEAM education into the Abia state school curriculum. Our core objective for the project is equipping students with globally relevant skillsets to position them as socio-economic problem-solvers and innovators, leveraging school activities and education policy amendment advocacies.

We celebrate all the teachers all over the world on this . Your works are building generations.

We use this opportunity to call on government, parents/guardians, all staekholders and even our students to provide us with all the support for optimal efficiency in our engagements.

Last weekend, we celebrated hundreds of girls that participated at the 2022 Technovation girls Challenge during our Annual Regional Code Girl Summit/Celebration event. The event was put together to celebrate the innovations and solutions to the thousands of challenges around our community.

The event had in attendance the Honorable Commissioner of Science and Technology as a special guest, Mr Chinedu Nwogu Chinedu Nwogu (Founder Startup Africa and Workepedia) as the Keynote Speaker. It also had in attendance Queen Ogechi (Miss Globe 2021). We also had the presence of some female tech leaders like Candor Dennis, Mary Thomas Frank, Shullamite John.

For a period of 12 weeks, the girls developed different app solutions to the different problems around our community and emerged champions at the end. One of our teams, Tech Icons emerged as a semi finalist teams in the senior category from Nigeria.

The students received their certificates and other prices at the event.

Plans are already in place to galvanise more participation from girls across South East Nigeria by the next season.

Ending the season in grand style. As we celebrate teams that made it to the next stage of Technovation challenge, today, we acknowledge and celebrate the efforts of all participating girls and their ingenuity that produced innovative solutions to our common community issues. Congratulations to all Brainfacio girls 🎊 👏 💐 🥳
