*Job Vacancy: Admin/Front Desk Officer*
*Location*: Gwarinpa, Abuja.

We are looking for a highly organized and personable Admin/Front Desk Officer to join our dynamic school team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, providing a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth administrative operations.

*Key Responsibilities*:

* Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents with inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.

* Manage the school’s front desk, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling general office duties.

* Maintain student records, attendance logs, and other essential documentation.

* Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and school events.

* Coordinate with teachers and staff to ensure effective communication and smooth operation of daily activities.

* Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

*Qualifications:*

* Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally in an educational setting.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
