ABOUT
SMO Olumese is a non-profit organisation.
* It is involved with supporting children's education and also assisting families that are facing poverty in Nigeria. WHAT WE DO
*To improve the access to primary and secondary education for the poor and the most marginalised children in rural areas of Nigeria.
*To create a partnership with private and public sectors, and to ensure that children in poverty can access basic education in rural areas of Nigeria.
*To uphold and defend the fundamental human rights of every child.
*To challenge every form of violence and inequality on children. AIMS
*To give every child an equal opportunity to develop their skills.
*Enable every child the opportunity to achieve their personal goals and potentials.
*To reduce child poverty and put a stop to child labour.
* To empower families with skills, training and development. HOW WE IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION
*To provide learning materials to individuals and schools in Nigeria.
*To Provide scholarships to the most deprived children and families.
*By recognising the impact of poverty on children and by empowering their families to gain skills, training and the resources that will help them in combating poverty. TESTIMONIALS
*Over the years, we have provided educational materials to over 2000 children on face to face basis. We have also reached out to several schools in Edo State, and have donated exercise books and learning materials.
