Make this nutritious and delicious scrambled egg with cheese and mashed potato for your baby 8mths+.

Also a great meal for older Kids, no need to mash the potato.

Ingredients:

1-2 egg yolk or 1 whole egg for toddlers+

1 tbs milk

1 tbs butter

2 tbs cheddar cheese

1-2 Cooked Irish Potato

whisk together the egg, milk, and cheese
melt the butter in a small saucepan
cook over low heat ... until the mixture begins to harden
scramble the eggs
serve with cooked mashed potato

Baby Rice Pudding With Apple. Rice pudding is one of the first homemade solid foods you can introduce to your baby at four months, though six months is generally recommended.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup rice
1/2 cup milk or powdered one dissolved in water plus a little more kept aside.
1/2 peeled and diced Apple
Water for cooking

Wash and cook rice in water till softened

Once softened, add the milk and apple. Cook for 2-3mins. Remove from heat. Using a hand blender or regular one, purée the rice to desired creamy or chunky consistency for your baby.
