Recently, the National Working Committee of the Society for Peace Studies and Practice (SPSP), under the leadership of Mr. Nathaniel Msen Awuapila fspsp formally conducted the office handover ceremony to the Body of Fellows and the International Institute for Peace Research and Practice.

This is to facilitate the operations and activities of these bodies as they work towards achieving our general objectives and goals.

Earlier this week Board of Trustees (BOT) Chairman, Prof. S.E. Bogoro _fspsp,_ presented to H.E. Ambassador Fatima Sa'ad Abubakar _fspsp,_ the Fellowship plaque.

Amb. Fatima Sa'ad Abubakar became a Fellow of SPSP in 2019 and she is a member of the BOT; on November 21, 2023, during the Inaugural Fellows Convening at Denis Hotel, Abuja, she was appointed to also serve as the Vice Chairman Board of Fellows; the BOT Chairman presented the plaque while the President witnessed the presentation (off camera).

We congratulate our Mummy Fatima and wish her all the best in her distinguished service to SPSP and the African society.
