Note that candidates that are eligible for mock UTME are to go with their print out and a sum of #1000 to be paid to the CBT centers; candidates are to pay #1000 to CBT centers only if they are posted to privately owned CBT centers.

Eligible candidates that are posted to JAMB-owned CBT centers would not pay any sum for the exercise.

This reschedule was due to the respect of the Christian faithful's feast day celebration.
On Saturday 16th April is Easter Celebration and also a public holiday.

Don't be in a hurry to register for UTME 2022/2023. Take your time because we have over one month for this exercise.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE

1. If you are using your previous PROFILE CODE and can't access the PHONE NUMBER you used to create the profile code, you can register for UTME 2022 but make sure that you gently give yourself time to make good decisions. E.g Institutions
Check everything information about you during your registration. Crosscheck as many times and as efficient as you can; just make sure that all your information are well typed. Let there be no mistake.

THIS IS BECAUSE, WHEN YOU GO FOR DATA CORRECTION; YOU WOULD NEED THAT PHONE NUMBER TO RECEIVE YOU OTP. SO AVOID ANY ERRORS SINCE THE PHONE NUMBER YOU LINKED WITH YOUR PROFILE CODE IS NOT ACCESSABLE.

2. Do not use the same email of last year. Create new email and use it to register for UTME 2022/2023. This is only applicable for those that have sat for UTME in the past. If you are new to UTME you can use an email that have never been linked with JAMB.

3. This reason for this change of email is not to make your past JAMB profile reflect when you try to log on to the new one.

Finally, do not rush to register. Give every decision a though and make you you would never have a change of mind if you cannot access your the phone number of your PROFILE CODE. But if you have that number linked with you PROFILE CODE, there is nothing to worry about.

Another circumstances that would bring about Data correction is LOW UTME SCORE. Prevent this by studying your text very hard. Study to pass, us your URB as a guide. You should start your sleepless night now. It's just for 6 weeks. Be determined and sit for UTME the last time.

You can use your previous PROFILE CODE to register for UTME/DE 2022/2023.

Infact, your PROFILE CODE once created; becomes your permanent PROFILE CODE and can never be changed.

Even if you text NIN to 55019 when you already have a PROFILE CODE; you will be sent the same PROFILE CODE because that PROFILE CODE has been linked to your NIN. and NIN in the other hand never changes, because it is a permanent identification number.

Furthermore, if you are new to UTME/DE, follow the procedure to create a PROFILE CODE on our last post.

If you misplaced your previous PROFILE CODE, you can retrieve it by following the process of creating a PROFILE CODE or better still, log on to your JAMB page of last year and access your PROFILE CODE there.

NOTE:
If you are using your previous PROFILE CODE for 2022 UTME/DE registration, it is adviced that you have access to the phone number you used to create that PROFILE CODE.

If you have not; go to any NIMC office nearest to you and get it as quick as possible.

PROCEDURE TO GENERATE PROFILE CODE:

1. Text NIN in capital letters.

2. Leave a space

3. Type your NIN and verify if it's correctly typed.

4. Send it to any of the short codes "66019 or 55019"
