NIPR BRIEF
NIPR is a charterred body that is vested with the reponsibility of regulating the Practice of Public Relations and Comm
unication field in Nigeria. It was founded in 1963 as Public Relations Association of Nigeria(PRAN) and later evolved to The Nigeria Insitute of Public Relations (NIPR). One of the ways of getting membership of the Institute is through the certifying exams, which is written twice in a year: June/July and Nov/Dec. There are three(3) stages in all for the completion of the examinations, which can be done within one (1) year. The first two(2) stages make up the Certificate stage and the last, the Professional Diploma stage. Each stage consists of 5 courses
