Here's a potential plan to harness untapped technical talent of Nigerian young engineers in developing fuelless generators:

*Initiative Name:* Nigerian Fuelless Generator Innovation Challenge (NFGIC)

*Mission:* To empower Nigerian young engineers to design, develop, and deploy fuelless generators, promoting energy sustainability and economic growth.

*Objectives:*

1. Identify and develop talented young engineers in fuelless generator technology.
2. Encourage innovation and entrepreneurship in the renewable energy sector.
3. Reduce Nigeria's dependence on fossil fuels.
4. Promote energy access and affordability.

1. Online hackathons and coding challenges focused on fuelless generator design.
2. Partnerships with universities, polytechnics, and technical schools.
