THRIVE- has been one that inspires, works for goal getter, goal giver and fuels discipline in the life of the great achiever you see today.

THRIVE Model stands for; Think- Hard Work-Relationship - Information - Vision - Ex*****on.

Think: Spend 75% of your weekend to think, think of your business, think about new products, think of your current life and business challenges, and think of 4 solutions to each of those challenges.

Hard work: Hard work is prayer in action, to succeed in 2024 and beyond we must work hard. Hard work is smart work. Don't spend all your time sleeping watching movies or sharing unverified news.

Relationship: Build and sustain relationship; the quality of your success would be a reflection of the relationships you have. Who do you know? How do they perceive you? Relationships are money spend it well.

Information: Have the right information, when you read useful books and materials, you have the right information. The right information helps your sense of judgment, hence building your knowledge base and get informed.

Vision: Adjust your vision; 2024 would require us to be flexible. Ask yourself, what do I need to add or take off? Create a new vision and develop SMART Goals around them. Also, learn to align people's vision to your vision.

Ex*****on: Execute all your thoughts; after thinking is ex*****on. Just start, don't wait for a perfect time; the universe loves speed. Success also loves speed. Just do something every day about your goals and you will succeed with the "Law of 5s" (do 5 things about your business and career growth daily).

Read them again and reflect.

This model has been designed to work in your favour when put into action. Don't be cut napping in the last month of the second quarter of 2024.
