Eligibility

1. All applicants must have a valid GCE O level and A Level certificate/ result that is not more than 5 years old (No awaiting results will be processed for the scholarship)

3. Demonstrate critical economic need

4. Prove records of leadership and economic engagement and should be willing to back and give back
