IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Kindly take note of the following information as ratified by the Minister of State for Education, Emeka Nwajiuba yesterday

• WAEC - Will start on the 17th of August, 2020

• NABTEB - Will start on the 21st September, 2020 and end on 15th of October, 2020.

• NECO - Will start on the 5th October, 2020 and end on 18th of November, 2020.

• BECE FOR JSS 3 - Will start on the 24th of August, 2020 and end on the 7th of September, 2020

• NCEE for Primary Six (Common Entrance into Unity Schools) - On Saturday 17th October, 2020.

• NBAIS - Will commence on 23rd September, 2020 and end on 17th October, 2020.

*NOTE 1:* NECO Registration is ongoing, will end by the 10th of September, 2020 and there would be no extension for the registration.

*NOTE 2:* WASSCE Private Candidates, 2020-Second series Registration has been extended to Friday, August 28, 2020

Kuje model on excursion

Today was fun,LEA kuje Model Organise a Debate between LEA Kuje Model and LEA Kayarda .Title :- Science has done more harm than Good and Science has Done more good than harm .and a selection was done LEA Kuje Model pick Science has done more harm than Good .and after the debate LEA Kuje Model Came First and LEA Kayarda came Second.

Goodevening distinguished colleagues.
After interphasing with the various departments and agencies responsible for payment of our salaries(IPPIS office ,Director Admin&Finance, Director of treasury,HMB-Director of finance & Salary office)these are the facts according to management.
1.Our salary for the month of January 2020 was paid from the OFFICE OF THE ACCOUNTANT GENERAL OF THE FEDERATION,not FCT. The FCT staff only became aware of the salary shortfall after officers that have been paid started complaining.
2.The salary short fall affects all the various departments in FCT,with the situation of health being the worst.
3.The fault is believed to have originated from the office of the ACCOUNTANT GENERAL,they seem not to have followed the pay voucher sent to them from FCT correctly.

STRATEGY TO REVERSE THIS ERROR.

1.FCT in it's wisdom has decided to wait for all staff of FCT to be paid their Jan salaries first,this is to enable them understand the scope of the problem,so as to solve the problem once instead of piecemeal,the earliest all staff would have been paid is Thursday this week.
2.FCT is going to request from AG office the payment schedule that was used,this will be compared with the FCT payment schedule,corrections made and the shortfall in salaries computed and paid to all affected staff.
3.FCT has promised that they will be able to do this within the next 10-14days.
4.As at this moment all the medical unions in the system are working together.

CO-OPERATIVE MEMBERS IPPIS DEDUCTION DEVELOPMENT

Sequel to the commencement of Integrated Personnel and Payroll information System (IPPIS) without deduction of our teeming members across the agencies e.g. SEB, UBEB, FAST, ERC, DPI, EDU-SEC. etcetera.

The co-operative management wishes to inform its members to exercise some patience while efforts are on towards resolving the matter with a view of getting a certain date to effect our member’s deduction at source.

It is in the light of the above that members concerned are strongly advised not to borrow money with the aim of offsetting in order to obtain another facility as loan disbursement are put on hold pending when the remittance would continue or an information of assurance of continuation.

We regret any inconvenience this might cause you and thanks you for your Co-operation and understanding.

For the benefit of our sons and daughters(jambite) this is an update from JAMB as regards 2020 REGISTRATION

*JAMB 2020 REGISTRATION, EXAMINATION, MOCK, MOP-UP AND POST EXAM UPDATES*

1. NO NIN NO JAMB Registration FOR 2020 CANDIDATES

2. Candidates are to use a new phone number to create profile before buying jamb 2020 pin

3. To generate profile code. Simply send NIN space NIN NUMBER to 55019. Candidate will get a. Profile code b. NIMC registered names c. Notification from NIMC.
The profile code can be used to purchase UTME/DE PIN

4. Candidates with no NIN number as at time of reg at cbt centre will be sent to nearest mapped NIMC centre for capturing. NIN will be given within 5mins. Candidate will also be attended to immediately they get there based on agreement between the two boards.
NB. no cbt centre will capture for NIMC.

5. No capturing, biometric capturing, snapping of pictures etc will be done during jamb registration at cbt centres. Once candidate profile code is inserted, candidate data will be fetched from NIMC server. However, biometric verification will be required to generate first registration slip for printing.

6. Only NIMC can do correction of data henceforth. So candidate need to be careful during NIN enrolment.

7. Cbt centre only can do make changes on candidates profile as from 2020 registration. Fingerprint verification will be required before any changes can be done on candidates profile. E.g change of institution/course, printing of result slip, admission letter.

8. CBT CENTRE will no longer have access to capture and register candidate for Noun, SANDWICH, PART time and other registrations.
Only JAMB STATE OFFICE, ABUJA and A+ category centres can do it.

9. SWEET SIXTEEN novel will be used for 2020 jamb reg

10. Jamb exam will hold for 3 weeks by 2020

11. Candidates with biometric issues during reg n exam will get free flight to n fro to Abuja to register and write jamb 2020 exams.
