Maybe we're not tired because we're doing motherhood wrong.
Maybe we're tired because we're trying to do it all while looking like we have it all together.

Social media can make motherhood look effortless. Perfect homes. Happy children. Successful careers. Beautiful meals. Mothers who seem to have everything figured out.
But real motherhood is not always polished.
Sometimes you need help.

Love isn’t just what you feel for your child. It’s what your child feels from you. ❤️

You can love your child deeply and still miss what they’re trying to communicate.
Sometimes, your child doesn’t need another lecture. They need you to notice the change in their voice, the silence after school, the tears they can’t explain, or the way they keep saying, “I’m fine.”
To truly love a child is to see them, listen to them, understand them and respond to what they need.
Because love is not only expressed. It is received.
And that’s where attunement matters. 💜

If you solve every problem for your child, who will solve problems when you're not there?

Loving your child doesn't mean removing every difficulty from their path. Sometimes, love means allowing them to try, struggle, make mistakes, experience disappointment, and try again.
Of course, this doesn't mean abandoning children to figure everything out alone. It means giving them age appropriate opportunities to develop resilience.

Instead of immediately saying: "Let me do it for you."
Try: "What do you think you could try?"
Instead of: "Don't worry, everything will be fine."
Try: "I know this is difficult. Let's think about what you can do next."

Children become mentally stronger when they learn that difficult moments are survivable. They learn that failure isn't the end. They learn that asking for help isn't a weakness.
And they discover something powerful:
"I can handle hard things."
