Don’t underestimate your role.

You don’t need a big stage to make a big difference. Keep showing up. Keep giving back. Keep believing. Keep stepping.

Great change starts with small, consistent steps.

Take a step, it might be shaky, gallopy, like the toddler some of us teach or children learning to read or even learners waiting for Pen Licence Day and even the new teacher that just resumed.

Just begin! In these steps holds that idea that triggers a plan, comes mistakes and self doubt, depression, next little success, mega obstacle while trying to stay positive, another obstacle , a boost, intentional optimization, then success.

At this point repeat the process then the stepping will be less shaky.
