Day two of the 2nd edition of the Annual Project Management and Fundraising Training, organised by the Institute of Consecrated Life in Africa (InCLA), saw the inaugural Mass, officiated by Very Rev Fr Dr Lord Winner, CMF, the training facilitator and a global project strategist. This followed participants’ arrival yesterday and a brief orientation to help them get the most from the training. The session began with a brief citation for the facilitator, delivered by Fr Anthony Achebe, CMF. The class then moved on to an introduction to the course, emphasising core Project Management concepts such as Theory of Change, the Seven Pillars: project cycle management, Applicant Organisation, Project Preparation Practicals, etc. So far, participants have shown enthusiasm and deep satisfaction with the training content.
